• Understanding of Information Technology and business concepts
• Work with client to define high level requirements and capture their business needs
• Partner with the development team to understand and articulate the product vision of clients
• Collaborate with team-mates to analyze and design the business requirements
• Analyze the as is situation and collaborate with clients
•  Be an effective liaison between the client and the team to manage the product backlog and keep an eye on the software delivery
• Well versed with Agile, Lean and Continuous delivery methodologies
• Must have exposure to functional testing
• Keep a track record for delivering impactful software with the collaboration of software delivery team

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Experience in Loan Management system & Loan orientation system 
• end to end loan implementation, underwriting 
• Should have agile/scrum/kanban experiences like backlog creation EPIC, Stories creation and Sprint Planning
• Digital KYC, Digital lending experience major advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and create business specifications and solution documents for the product
• Agile/Scrum - Epics, Story writing, Spring Planning (IPM), Retro, Backlog/Feature management
• Understand how business operates and experience modelling business processes using a different tools and techniques to ease requirement elicitation sessions
• Have a knack for resolving any conflicts as they arise

Python Developer at BeyondScale

BeyondScale is a technology company on a mission to democratise AI for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). We're building Sitara, an AI-powered ERP suite that is a suite of micro-apps designed specifically for the service sector. Imagine a pocket CRM, a pocket POS, and a suite of essential tools—all streamlined for simplicity and powered by intelligent automation.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a passionate Python Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of AI-powered ERP. You'll be instrumental in building Sitara, a product poised to disrupt a massive market with high growth potential.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code for our AI-powered ERP platform.
• Develop and integrate web APIs and interact with SQL databases (NoSQL experience a plus).
• Implement automation using object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, multiprocessing, and threading.
• Write clean, well-documented code and actively participate in testing and debugging.
• Leverage Git and modern development workflow practices to ensure a smooth development cycle.
• While not required, familiarity with generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG) is a plus.

Application Integration Engineer - HR/Payroll

Skills:

·        Experience on HR Payroll SaaS

o  HR/Payroll applications: Ideally UKG, multiple others ok

o  Financial applications: ideally knowledge of how HR/Payroll systems interact with ERPs (ideally NetSuite), and other personnel expenses (i.e., Expensify, Concur)

·        Knowledge of various Integrations approaches:

o  Native connectors

o  SFTP files

o  API – schema, design

·        Knowledge of multiple coding languages: Java script, XML, REST, SOAP etc.

·        Ability to work with data bases (ideally SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), including ETL

·        Some knowledge of Azure services, mainly SQL and Oracle databases, storage, analytics 

·        Experience working with global teams

·        Ability to overlap some work hours with US EST/CT time

·        Solid communication skills

·        Proactive, takes initiative, out-spoken

Position description:

1+ years’ experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with stake holders to plan, allocate and assign development tasks for multiple development teams
• Work with identified development teams to accurately estimate development effort and dependencies to inform the prioritization of the product backlog
• Take direct Project Management responsibility for the delivery of products
• Develop and maintain core project documentation, including product vision and scope, detailed business/customer requirements
• Create and work with delivery teams to prioritize product development project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Take ownership to thoroughly test and delivered to the highest quality
