As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of AI assistants for data teams and understanding the intricacies of Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimise their usage across multiple use cases. Utilising Django, you'll architect backend infrastructures optimised for handling data processes and LLM interactions. Your role involves building APIs with the Django Rest Framework. With React, you'll design user-centric interfaces that seamlessly integrate with our AI assistants, ensuring that data teams have an intuitive experience. • Back-end Development: Utilise Django to architect robust back-end infrastructures. Ensure they are tailored for complex data processes and seamless LLM interactions.

Requirements:

• Pre-requisite Tech Stack: Python, Django, React, Springboot, CSS, and SQL

• Partnering with Customer Success team to establish relationships with current account contacts, ensuring smooth transition of closed deals

As a Lead Backend Engineer , you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems for Radiusagent. Experience as a Tech Lead, managing tasks with back-end engineers while coding themselves will be a bonus point for the ideal candidate.

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

•             Assist IT staff with the delivery, installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop and laptop computers, peripheral equipment and software.

•             Maintain employees' access on associated computer systems and/or phone/voicemail systems

•             Assist employees with Smartphones, Laptops and Tablets

•             Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.

•             Ensure desktop computers and users interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, conferencing systems, application servers and administrative systems.

•             Works with senior IT staff to purchase hardware and software.

•             Assesses functional needs to determine specifications for purchases.

•             In Person, Phone, Email and Ticket support with onsite and remote employees.

•             Manage Ticket pipeline within stated SLA's.

•             Performs all other duties as required.

•             Experience installing software, patches and updates on Desktops and Laptops remotely

•             Experience troubleshooting basic network, software and printing problems

•             Mortgage Industry experience a plus

•             High School Diploma required
