Purchase Engineer will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and

managing vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Source Raw materials, fabrication & consumable electrical items.

 Run MRP thrice a week for optimal results.

 Raise & issue PO to supplier,

 Ensure on-time supplier delivery;

 Raise debit-note for rejected materials;

 Update stores for returning rejected materials;

 Update pending work order status/report to Suppliers;

 Reviewing, evaluating, consolidating, upgrading and approving purchase requests;

 Track price changes & prepare comparative statements;

 Craft negotiation strategies and close commercial deals with best terms;

 Ensure clear requirements documentation;

 Partner with reliable vendors and suppliers;

 Determine quantity and timing of deliveries;

 Examine & resolve shortages and quality issues; procurement delays;

 Coordinate regularly with Sales, Production, Engineering, Quality, Stores, HR & Admin,

Process & Accounts Departments;

 Maintain records/reports as per ISO requirements;

 Work non-traditional hours on weekends and holidays during exigencies;

 Any other task assigned by management;

 Reporting to Dy Manager-Purchase

Key Result Areas/KRAs (annual evaluation across entire Company) for Purchase Engineer:

 Identifying & recommending Suppliers;

 Coordinating with Suppliers by raising Enquiries, Purchase Orders And Receipt Of Materials;

 Follow–up on all Orders placed;

 Analysing the purchase requirements.

 Developing and maintaining systems to procure material.

 Cost Reduction - alternate Vendor Development;

 Handle any related matters to Purchase;

 Responsible for timely passing of the bills;

Must have Skills:

 6 to 8 years of professional web development experience, with at least 3+ years of

specialized experience in HubSpot CMS development.

 Advanced proficiency in HubL (HubSpot Markup Language), HubSpot Design Tools,

and Custom Module/Theme Development.

 Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CLI, Git, and GitHub Actions for local

development and automated deployments.

 Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,

and JSON.

 Proven expertise in implementing secure web development practices following

OWASP guidelines.

 Excellent communication skills—ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both

technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Integrate the data mining projects embedded data mining applications in the FogHorn platform (on Docker or Android).

Core Qualifications
Candidates must meet ALL of the following qualifications:

• Have analyzed, trained and deployed at least three data mining models in the past. If the candidate did not directly deploy their own models, they will have worked with others who have put their models into production. The models should have been validated as robust over at least an initial time period.
• Three years of industry work experience, developing data mining models which were deployed and used.
• Programming experience in Python is core using data mining related libraries like Scikit-Learn. Other relevant Python mining libraries include NumPy, SciPy and Pandas.
• Data mining algorithm experience in at least 3 algorithms across: prediction (statistical regression, neural nets, deep learning, decision trees, SVM, ensembles), clustering (k-means, DBSCAN or other) or Bayesian networks
