Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Visualizer – Pitches & Proposals to join our Global Visual Solutions team.

The role requires exceptional communication skills, as you’ll work closely with European stakeholders to design impactful pitch decks, proposals, infographics, and co-branded materials.

A keen eye for visual storytelling, brand alignment, and high-end design execution is essential.

Mandatory Skills :

PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Pitch Decks, Infographics, Proposals, Branding, Visual Storytelling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and visually enhance pitch decks, bid proposals, co-branded templates, and presentations.
• Translate complex data and narratives into infographics, data visualizations, and visually appealing layouts.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets for business development and marketing needs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external materials.
• Work closely with stakeholders to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming, content structuring, and layout design for digital and print formats.
• Translate UX research into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive templates where applicable.

Required Skills :

• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Hands-on experience with pitch decks, proposals, infographics, co-branded templates, and marketing collateral.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout design, typography, and branding.
• Familiarity with Keynote, Google Slides, and advanced MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with international teams.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

● Analyze and translate legacy MSSQL stored procedures into Snowflake Scripting (SQL) or JavaScript-based stored procedures.

● Rebuild and optimize data pipelines and transformation logic in Snowflake.

● Implement performance-tuning techniques such as query pruning, clustering keys, appropriate warehouse sizing, and materialized views.

● Monitor query performance using the Snowflake Query Profile and resolve bottlenecks.

● Ensure procedures are idempotent, efficient, and scalable for high-volume workloads.

● Collaborate with architects and data teams to ensure accurate and performant data migration.

● Write test cases to validate functional correctness and performance.

● Document changes and follow version control best practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD).

Required Skills:

● 4+ years of SQL development experience, including strong T-SQL proficiency.

● 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, including stored procedure development.

● Deep knowledge of query optimization and performance tuning in Snowflake.

● Familiarity with Snowflake internals: automatic clustering, micro-partitioning, result caching, and warehouse scaling.

● Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, preferably with tools like DBT, Informatica, or Airflow.

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control

Note : One face-to-face (F2F) round is mandatory, and as per the process, you will need to visit the office for this.

• Must have hands-on experience in web applications development, and open-source technologies stack (Node.JS, React JS, Gatsby, PHP, etc.).
• Resolution conflicts and understands the logical implementation to find optimal solutions.
• Experience in developing end-to-end solutions and backend architecture.
• Ability to apply advanced concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
• Advanced knowledge of back-end configuration and deployments.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into design.
• Proficient in AWS infrastructure components such as S3, IAM, VPC, EC2, and Redshift.
• Experience in creating ETL jobs using Python/PySpark.
• Proficiency in creating AWS Lambda functions for event-based jobs.
• Knowledge of automating ETL processes using AWS Step Functions.
• Competence in building data warehouses and loading data into them.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and translate them into design.
• Assess AWS infrastructure needs for development work.
• Develop ETL jobs using Python/PySpark to meet requirements.
• Implement AWS Lambda for event-based tasks.
• Automate ETL processes using AWS Step Functions.
• Build data warehouses and manage data loading.

Roles & Responsibilities –

• 3-6 years of experience in deploying and managing highly scalable fault resilient systems
• Strong experience in container orchestration and server automation tools such as Kubernetes, Google Container Engine, Docker Swarm, Ansible, Terraform  

• Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure

• Strong experience with databases such as  MySQL, Hadoop, Elasticsearch, Redis, Cassandra, and MongoDB.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, Groovy, Bash.

• Experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis.
• Proficient in technologies such as Docker, Kafka, Raft and Vagrant

• Experience in implementing queueing services such as RabbitMQ, Beanstalkd, Amazon SQS and knowledge in ElasticStack is a plus.

• Experience with building scalable applications using Flutter on android or IOS. (we are happy to meet you even if you do not know flutter but are willing to learn)
• Strong knowledge of Architectural pattern like Bloc, Provider etc in Flutter. Knowledge of writing Plugins in Flutter is a good to have skill
• Ability to think about scalability and reusability while developing flutter widgets.
• Experience in working with Dart.
• Knowledge of unit & integration testing, agile development process, jira & API integration will be extremely useful
• Strong UI building skills and the ability to handle updates in UI with high frequency data changes.
