Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hair assessments to determine the stage of hair loss.
• Educate clients on the fundamentals of hair loss and provide personalized counseling based on their needs.
• Understand client expectations, present suitable procedures and products, and articulate achievable outcomes through visual aids.
• Establish daily consultation and conversion targets, analyzing performance regularly.
• Meet monthly conversion goals, contributing to revenue growth at the studio.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred age: 32 years and above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales consulting and business intelligence.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Two or more years of user experience design experience for software, web applications and/or mobile devices.

Strong conceptualisation ability, drawing skills and paper prototyping technique.

Cognisant of production timelines and having attention to detail.

Ability to create task flows, high fidelity wireframes, micro interactions as well as visual design.

Strong working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Axure and associated UX design tools.

Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UX practices and heuristics.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

ADDITIONAL

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interaction design, new media design or related design field.

MySQL Database Developer

Strong development knowledge in DB Design & development with 6+ Years’ to 10 Years experience (MySQL DB) – Mandatory

Strong hands on writing complex PGSQL, procedure and Functions & prevent blocking and Deadlocks

Conduct SQL objects code review & Performance tuning(Mandatory)

having hands on Microsoft SQL and Postgres DB is anadvantage.

Strong knowledge in RDBMS and NoSQL Concept with strong logical thinking and solutions

Expert in transaction databases (OLTP) and ACID property with handling large scale application databases

1) Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer

We are looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of the Vyapar android application. Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications. A strong understanding of Core Java and Database is critical for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Helping the team members and guiding them for the right design and implementation

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
