Role Description

• Develop the tech stack of Pieworks to achieve the fly-wheel in the most efficient manner
• Focus on standardising the code, making it more modular to enable quick updations
• Integaring with various APIs to provide seamless solution to all stakeholders
• Build a robust node based information tracking & flow to capitalize on degrees of separation between members, candidates
• Bring in new design ideas to make the UI stunning and UX functional i.e one click actionable, as much as possible

Core Backend Skills

• Node.js Mastery
• Deep understanding of event loop, async patterns (Promises, async/await).
• Experience with frameworks like Express, NestJS, Fastify.
• Writing scalable APIs (REST), middleware, and modular code.

• SQL/Postgres – schema design, complex joins, indexing, query optimization.

Full Stack Engineer

Front End Technology:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in working web development technologies

• Strong expertise with HTML5, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.

. Experience with Responsive Frameworks like Bootstrap / Flex.

• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design concepts.

Back end Technology:

• Have extensive experience in designing a backend stack of the product

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Writing Backend Microservices in Node
