Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies, with a preference for either side being acceptable, as long as you are open to contributing across the full stack.

Technology Stack

Front-end:

• JavaScript
• Angular (or good understanding of React, Vue.js, Knockout.js, or similar frameworks)

Back-end:

• C#
• ASP.NET
• Web API
• MVC
• Entity Framework

Database:

• SQL Server (knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus)

Cloud:

• Microsoft Azure and/or AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the overall architecture of the web application
• Implement robust services and APIs to support the application
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into visual and functional elements
• Integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly

Additional Responsibilities (For Senior / Lead-Level Candidates)

• Participate actively in the full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment)
• Provide technical analysis and resolve complex issues during delivery
• Conduct code and test case reviews
• Collaborate with product and design teams on innovative solutions
• Convert functional requirements into technical tasks and effort estimates
• Mentor junior developers

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Full Stack development
• Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and SQL Server
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture and SaaS applications
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and DevOps practices is a plus
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to build scalable and robust enterprise-grade solutions

The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in 0→1 environments. You’ll take ownership of architecture, design, and execution across backend, web, and mobile (iOS/Android) — helping shape both the product and the culture of the company.

You’ll be joining at the earliest stage — working directly with the founding team on everything from feature development to infrastructure decisions and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable backend systems (APIs, data models, authentication, messaging, matching).

1. AI Screen – Initial automated technical and culture-fit assessment.
2. Web Challenge – Build a small feature for the web app to demonstrate frontend and full-stack skills.
3. iOS Challenge – Build a small feature for the iOS app to showcase mobile development and design sense.
4. Android Challenge – Build a small feature for the Android app to highlight cross-platform depth.

• Drive the architecture and design of large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems and services using object-oriented design, distributed programming, Java/Node/ Python, .Net.
• Hands on experience in delivering high quality software products.

 1.Experience in proper MERN Stack

 2.In depth knowledge of Node JS, Angular JS, MongoDB 

 3.Experience in implementing applications using AngularJS.

 4.Experience in creating front end applications using HTML 5, Angular JS, LESS/SASS 

 5.Javascript experience both on client as well as on server side

 6.Experience with MVC and MVVM design patterns

 7.Good experience with multiple third party API's integration

 8.Experience in MongoDB scaling and optimization

 9.Experience with cloud technologies AWS Lambda & EC2 setup

 10.Experience in creating RESTful based web services in JSON & XML

 11.PLUS to have additional experience in Angular 2+/

 12.Added experience in MySQL optimisation would be a great plus 

 13.Good communication, analytical and logical skills to understand and work with any kind of project requirements independently

More than 3 years of experience with C# and .Net development, .net 4.5, Asp.Net MVC, Angular. .net Core.  

Must have strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Must have work experience with Angular, React

Working experience on Webservices, WebAPI, and REST are most preferred

Must have basic knowledge of SQL Server database with SQL query designing, procedure, functions, indexing, and triggers designing.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude(Desirable)

Knowledge on HTML, HTML5, CSS, BootStrap, XML, JavaScript, JQuery is most preferred

Experience in working with source code repositories like TFS, GIT, Azure, etc

Experience in code release, merge, and conflict resolution

Experience in web publishing with IIS and Azure web Applications.
