Position Overview: 

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (3–5 years) who can go beyond code to understand and solve real business problems. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable writing efficient, scalable software and articulating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A successful candidate will combine solid development skills with logical reasoning, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 

Job Description:

1. Application Development: 

∙ Design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and MS SQL. 

∙ Implement user interfaces with React and modern JavaScript to create intuitive user experiences. 

∙ Apply a solution-oriented approach to translate business requirements into clean, reliable code. 

2. Database Management: 

∙ Write, review, and optimize SQL queries for data-heavy operations with a focus on performance and accuracy. 

∙ Contribute to database design, ensuring consistency, security, and scalability.

3. Collaboration & Teamwork: 

∙ Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers to shape technical solutions that address real-world logistics challenges. 

∙ Actively participate in sprint planning, whiteboard discussions, and design sessions to drive clarity and alignment across teams. 

4. Code Quality & Debugging: 

∙ Follow best practices for clean code, version control, and documentation. 

∙ Diagnose complex bugs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement robust fixes. ∙ Technology Innovation: 

∙ Stay current with new technologies and development practices to continuously improve product quality.

∙ Contribute ideas for architectural improvements, refactoring opportunities, and better engineering processes. 

Ideal Candidate Requirements: 

∙ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field 

∙ 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using any of the following: C#, ASP.NET, React, JavaScript, SQL 

∙ Strong interest in building full-stack applications and working in a product-driven environment

∙ Logical reasoning and a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving

∙ Good communication skills and a willingness to learn from peers and mentors

Must Have

1. Angular 13+

2. Understanding of Cloud architecture

3. Node.js + Expressjs +MongoDB (Localization Project)

Management skills required

1. Drive scrum meetings (Daily sync-up, Weekly planning meetings, Monthly meetings)

2. JIRA Understanding, including JIRA Reports, Releases

3. Code Review

4. Document preparation for any new feature/requirements using confluence

5. Track team timesheet reports

6. Communication with External team members  

Design and develop scalable web applications using MEAN/MERN stack.

Build & optimize AI/LLM workflows using LangChain or LangGraph.

Implement vector storage & semantic search using FAISS / Pinecone / Chroma / Milvus.

Build APIs, microservices, and integration layers.

Optimize application performance and ensure code quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend, DevOps).

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Angular/React.
• Hands-on experience in LLM apps, RAG pipelines, Vector Databases.
• Practical knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Primary Requirements:

• Should be comfortable in doing coding in C#, ASP.NET Core, WCF.
• Should have knowledge of SQL Server.
• Comfortable in working with Angular 2+, Typescript, HTML, CSS.
• Should have experience 5+ years.
• Comfortable in working with source control GIT, TFS.

• A bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science and application.
• Knowledge of software testing includes unit, integration, and automation.
• Proficiency with basic word processing and presentation applications (i.e. MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Knowledge of flow diagramming applications and collaboration platforms, (i.e. Visio, SharePoint) required.
• An understanding of health care laws in India and the U.S.
• An understanding of PHI and HIPAA.
• An understanding of clinical workflows, including dispensing and clinical monitoring
• An understanding of laws regulating the clinical practice, therapeutic/toxic dosing, drug interactions, contraindications, and adverse effects of drug therapy.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate, routine reports and records; supervise the work of support personnel and judge the adequacy of their work performance; communicate effectively orally; use professional judgment to make decisions, problem solve, and prioritize activities; use initiative and act independently. 
• Experience with EMRs or care management software.

Job Role

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from analysis to deployment.
• Comply with coding standards and technical design.
• Believes in a systematic approach to developing the system through clear documentation (flowcharts, layouts, &, etc) of functionality, address every use case through creative solutions.
• Adapts structured coding styles for easy review, testing, and maintainability of the code.
• Integrate the developed functionality and/or component into a fully functional system.
• Ensure unit and integration level verification plan are in place and adheres to a great quality of code at all time.
• Active participate in troubleshooting, debugging and updating current live system.
• Verify user feedback in making system more stable and easy.
• Work closely with the Product manager, designers, and other peer developers.
• Preparing technical training documents for onboarding new engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer or in a relevant role.
• Smart Hands-on coder who can independently architect solutions and mentor team members.
• Solid experience in PHP, Node, Mongo, and MySQL
• Should have good Web service and Web application fundamentals
• Understanding of OOPS concepts, Persistence, Threading.
• Should have worked with HTML/ CSS/ Jquery/ Js / API.
• Knowledgeable in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with open-source projects.
• Experience in designing interactive applications.
• A background in Engineering with sound oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with AWS, Azure, Google or OpenStack will be a plus.
• Hands-on a google cloud platform and Experience in Suite CRM is an added advantage.
