Qualifications

We are seeking a WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). We are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer responsible for managing existing ruby on rail projects and any future interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating and building the front-end elements required by our team into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
