Job Description: You will be tasked with creating and maintaining robust applications on Ruby. Skills: - Hands-on experience in software development - Good understanding of OOP using Ruby. - Capable of developing robust, high-quality code from the specifications - Solid understanding of Rails(RoR), Gems - Knowledge of HTML5 / CSS / JQuery / Javascript - Strong in problem-solving and quick in decision making - Passionate about technology, and driven to produce high-quality products Responsibilities : - Develop custom solutions and applications using Ruby as language - Design, maintain and implement web-based software applications - Development based on the requirements. - Open to work on any Ruby frameworks(Sinatra/Rails)

- 3-8 years of experience in design and programming experience preferably in a start-up. - Strong skill in application designing and implementation - Hands on experience in Spring/Hibernate Frameworks based application architectures. - Experience developing high concurrency, high-performance applications that are database-intensive and have interactive, browser-based clients. - Strong Understanding of entire development cycle.
