Role Overview
We are looking for ambitious and persuasive Sales Managers to join our Styller team. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales — from outreach and demos to client onboarding and activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to warm and cold leads (provided by marketing or self-generated)
- Conduct product demos and explain the benefits of Styller
- Onboard trial and premium clients effectively
- Maintain follow-up communication until conversion
- Keep detailed reports of your sales activities
- Work closely with the operations team for post-sale support
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive sales approach and confidence in client conversations
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM tools
- Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
- Experience in sales, field sales, or telesales (preferred)
Compensation Structure
- Performance-Based Model
- ₹500 per successful trial onboarding
- ₹1,000 per successful premium onboarding
- On achieving 5 sales/month: eligible for ₹5,000 base salary
- Total earning potential: up to ₹30,000/month

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
