Job Description

As Site Reliability Engineer, you will be involved in exciting technical challenges by analysing, troubleshooting, and designing vital services, platforms, and infrastructure while always thinking about reliability, scalability, resilience, security, and performance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Deployment of AWS cloud infrastructure 3+ years.
• 3+ years of working experience in infrastructure support and CICD platform, leveraging DevOps, SRE & Agile methodologies. 
• Hands-on experience in provisioning Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Enterprise or community edition.
• Experience in cloud environments AWS/GCP/Azure and container technology, Docker and Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Helm DevOps (Git + CI/CD pipelines), and Jenkins.
• AWS (Solutions Architect Professional), (Valid certification)
• Experience in programming/scripting in Python/Ruby/Bash for at least 5+ years.
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing infrastructure performance using standard performance monitoring tools - Grafana/Prometheus, DataDog, Nagios, New Relic.

Responsibilities

• Owning Infra architecture and non-functional requirements, ensuring they fit into a cohesive vision aligned with the rest of the Technology roadmap of the platform for the launch 
• Propagate DevOps culture across the organization by sharing industry best practices, standards, approaches, documentation, and code with other engineering teams 
• Design, test and troubleshoot the CICD pipeline for containerized applications from build until deployment 
• Apply automation and software to any manual and mechanical tasks or parts of the system that would benefit from it or are performed manually.
• Able to troubleshoot complicated, cross-platform issues handling OS, Networking, and databases in a cloud-based SaaS environment and handle live production incidents, debug/troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and follow and implement SRE best practices.

Role Summary

3-6 years of proven experience in Automation testing and exploratory testing. Should be able to understand software internals, debug problems using log files and write automated tests and/or user-level test automation tools.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge building REST-based APIs and API Test Automation using REST Assured is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium Test Automation.
• Hands-on experience of Cypress Automation for testing front-end modern web applications.
• Strong knowledge of Protractor and Cucumber JS for testing front-end modern web applications (Optional).
• Hands-on experience with Swagger/RAML is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Eclipse IDE, GIT, Maven, Ant, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.

Qualification

• Degree in Engineering, Business, HR, Communications, or similar.

• Excellent analytical & time management skills.
• Experience working with a technology startup would be a bonus.
• Self-Motivated / Team Player, Ability to work in small and large groups.

Responsibilities

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that requires flexibility and the capacity to quickly learn and assimilate information/new skills.
• Work collaboratively with the management to understand the business requirements and define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals. Lead talent planning initiatives, including manpower planning and resource rationalization.
• Strategize and create go-to-market strategies to build talent pipelines and executive tactical research (sourcing from LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, etc.), referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/forums/colleges etc.
• Screen resumes and interviews with potential candidates to determine fit (technical and cultural). Work with the technical team to schedule interviews and follow through with candidates on feedback.
• Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with the core team.
• Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve employer brand and candidate experience.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Responsible for analyzing the ratios like male to female, Jr to Sr, Sr to Lead, and so on.
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
