We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Fraud Risk Management team, specializing in dispute handling for the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring issuer-related transactions, detecting and preventing fraudulent activities, and managing chargeback and dispute resolution processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational guidelines.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor real-time transaction queues to detect and prevent high-risk and suspicious activities.
• Analyze transactions to identify fraudulent behavior, including account takeovers, friendly fraud, theft, and money laundering.
• Conduct in-depth investigations of suspicious activities and escalate for further review or action as necessary.
• File Suspicious transaction reports (STR) with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor user behavior to identify unusual or suspicious patterns and activities.
• Manage and resolve queued transactions promptly, minimizing potential financial losses while adhering to service level agreements.
• Liaise with financial institutions and customers to validate transaction authenticity and manage authorizations. Continuously update and refine fraud detection models.
• Identify and mitigate fraud trends by analyzing transaction and user behavior patterns.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to combat evolving fraud, money laundering, and compliance challenges.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all information collected during investigations.
• Handle reconciliations across various data sources and perform data analysis to support fraud risk assessment.
• End-to-end handling of chargeback activities and dispute resolution.
• Work closely with technology teams to raise fraud-related red flags, share investigative data, and support root cause analysis.
• Provide ad-hoc support on operational and compliance-related requirements.

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of experience on the issuer side transaction monitoring and chargeback handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using fraud detection tools and systems.
• Good understanding of operational processes in a Fintech firm, Payment Gateway, or E-wallet environment.
• Experience in transaction monitoring, risk assessment, and fraud prevention techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Ability to think critically, innovate, and contribute to process improvements.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer in our Platform Engineering team, you’ll play a pivotal role in evolving the foundational cloud infrastructure that powers our API-first BaaS platform. You will design, build, and operate secure, multi-tenant, highly available infrastructure systems optimized for rapid developer onboarding, API lifecycle management, observability, and compliance enforcement.

This role is deeply technical and cross functional. You’ll work closely with Backend Engineers, SREs, Product teams, and Infosec to deliver a seamless and secure platform experience.

You responsibilities will include:

• Architect, provision, and operate infrastructure that supports tens of thousands of API transactions per second across multi-cloud environments.
• Build multi-tenant Kubernetes environments that serve as the backbone for API deployments, internal developer platforms, and CI/CD automation.
• Implement scalable service mesh, ingress, and routing layers to support API versioning, rate Enable self-service infrastructure provisioning, deployment pipelines, and observability tooling through developer portals and golden paths.
• Improve time-to-first-API and time-to-production for engineering teams by abstracting infrastructure complexity via platform APIs.
• Implement zero-trust networking, encryption at rest and in transit, secrets management, and fine-grained IAM policies for platform services.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed policy-as-code, audit logging, and monitoring to meet regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, MAS-TRM).
• Ensure that infrastructure changes are governed through GitOps and change management workflows.
• Build and scale telemetry pipelines (metrics, traces, logs) for granular insights into API health, latency, and developer usage.
• Enable real-time alerting, SLO-based monitoring, and automated remediation for critical platform services.
• Lead incident response and postmortem analysis, continuously improving system resiliency and response times.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating production-grade cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes workloads.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures supporting large-scale, low-latency API services (e.g., OpenAPI, REST, gRPC).
• Strong command of Kubernetes internals, including operators, Helm, RBAC, admission controllers, CNI, CSI, and NetworkPolicies.
• Proficient in cloud security practices, identity federation (OIDC, JWT), API gateway controls, TLS management, and key rotation.
• Proficient in Python, Go, or a similar language for scripting, tooling, and automation.
• Familiar with cloud-native CI/CD tooling (ArgoCD, Tekton, FluxCD, Jenkins) and Infrastructure-as-Code(Terraform, Pulumi).

Good to have:

• Experience with API gateway platforms (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway) in production setups.
• Background in multi-region deployments, failover design, and cross-zone service routing.

As a Technical Lead Engineer - Data, you will architect, implement, and scale our end-to-end data platform built on AWS S3, Glue, Lake Formation, and DMS. You will lead a small team of engineers while working cross-functionally with stakeholders from fraud, finance, product, and engineering to enable reliable, timely, and secure data access across the business.

You will champion best practices in data design, governance, and observability, while leveraging GenAI tools to improve engineering productivity and accelerate time to insight.

You will contribute to

• Owning the design and scalability of the data lake architecture for both streaming and batch workloads, leveraging AWS-native services.
• Leading the development of ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines using AWS Glue, DMS, Kinesis/Kafka, and PySpark.
• Structuring and evolving data into OTF formats (Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake) to support real-time and time-travel queries for downstream services.
• Driving data productization, enabling API-first and self-service access to curated datasets for fraud detection, reconciliation, and reporting use cases.
• Defining and tracking SLAs and SLOs for critical data pipelines, ensuring high availability and data accuracy in a regulated fintech environment.
• Collaborating with InfoSec, SRE, and Data Governance teams to enforce data security, lineage tracking, access control, and compliance (GDPR, MAS TRM).
• Using Generative AI tools to enhance developer productivity — including auto-generating test harnesses, schema documentation, transformation scaffolds, and performance insights.
• Mentoring data engineers, setting technical direction, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, observable data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, cost-optimized pipelines across real-time and batch paradigms, using tools such as AWS Glue, Step Functions, Airflow, or EMR.
• Manage ingestion from transactional sources using AWS DMS, with a focus on schema drift handling and low-latency replication.
• Design efficient partitioning, compression, and metadata strategies for Iceberg or Hudi tables stored in S3, and cataloged with Glue and Lake Formation.
• Build data marts, audit views, and analytics layers that support both machine-driven processes (e.g. fraud engines) and human-readable interfaces (e.g. dashboards).
• Ensure robust data observability with metrics, alerting, and lineage tracking via OpenLineage or Great Expectations.
• Lead quarterly reviews of data cost, performance, schema evolution, and architecture design with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Enforce version control, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices using GitOps and tools like Terraform.

 Requirements

• At-least 6 years of experience in data engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS data stack: Glue (Jobs & Crawlers), S3, Athena, Lake Formation, DMS, and Redshift Spectrum.
• Expertise in designing data pipelines for real-time, streaming, and batch systems, including schema design, format optimization, and SLAs.
• Strong programming skills in Python (PySpark) and advanced SQL for analytical processing and transformation.
• Proven experience managing data architectures using open table formats (Iceberg, Delta Lake, Hudi) at scale.
• Understanding of stream processing with Kinesis/Kafka and orchestration via Airflow or Step Functions.
• Experience implementing data access controls, encryption policies, and compliance workflows in regulated environments.
