Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Artist who can conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality 3D assets that elevate product visualization, branding, and marketing communication. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a strong aesthetic sense, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to take full ownership of 3D design projects.

You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and content teams to craft immersive design experiences and visually compelling models.

Key Responsibilities

-Create high-quality 3D product visualizations and animations for marketing, product demos, and digital campaigns.

-Develop realistic models, textures, lighting, and rendering for various product categories.

-Lead end-to-end 3D design pipeline—from concept to final output.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, brand, and product design.

-Work on 3D-based explainer videos, environment simulation, and visual storytelling.

-Maintain quality and consistency across all 3D creative assets.

-Stay updated on 3D design tools, trends, and emerging technologies.

-Mentor junior designers and contribute to team capability building.

Requirements

Must Have

-5–8 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist / 3D Designer.

-Strong hands-on expertise in software such as:

Blender / Cinema 4D / Maya / 3ds Max / ZBrush / Unreal

Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro

-Proven experience in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging & rendering.

-Portfolio demonstrating advanced 3D visual work & animations.

-Ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnaround timelines.

-Strong understanding of composition, storytelling, and visual design principles.

Good to Have

-Experience in realistic product design, packaging visualization, or architectural rendering.

-Knowledge of AI tools for 3D design, procedural generation, or VFX workflows.

-Experience working with a high-growth startup environment.

We at Prolance Services are on a mission to develop and deliver a revolutionary platform that will ultimately change the way the industry itself operates.

Responsibilities

• Write clear quality code for SketchUp plugins using Ruby and JS
• Interact with the software architecture team and convert ideas into workable features
• Interact with UX designers and convert the designs to workable UI
• Interact with REST APIs to fetch and push data
• Detect and troubleshoot software issues at the code level

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Ruby and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of SketchUp 2018 (or higher) is a huge advantage
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• 3+ years of development experience

What you will do?

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be intrumental in shaping the future of AI assistants for data teams and understand the intricacies of Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize their usage across multiple use cases. Utilizing Django, you'll architect back-end infrastructures optimized for handling data processes and LLM interactions. Your role involves building APIs with the Django Rest Framework. With React, you'll design user-centric interfaces that seamlessly integrate with our AI assistants, ensuring that data teams have an intuitive experience. Working at the forefront of AI revolutions and pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in data management and analysis.  

Responsibility

1. Back-end Development: Utilize Django to architect robust back-end infrastructures. Ensure they are tailored for complex data processes and seamless LLM interactions.

2. API Design: Craft efficient and scalable APIs using the Django Rest Framework. Founding Full Stack AI Engineer

3. Front-end Development: Transform UI/UX designs into functional web pages using React. Prioritize performance and deliver seamless user experiences.

4. AI Integration: Design user interfaces that flawlessly integrate with our LLMs, AI assistants, aiming to offer data teams an intuitive and efficient interaction.

5. Innovation: Stay abreast of AI advancements. Push boundaries and explore new possibilities in data management and analysis using AI. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Building and implementing top-notch user interfaces using Javascript and the Angular framework 

Writing efficient Javascript code while also using HTML and CSS 

Develop all server-side logic, including data storage to optimize website performance 

Using the latest front-end technologies, creating adaptable interfaces for online applications 

Leading with product-analysis tasks and conducting performance tests 

Using sustainable coding patterns that can be easily enhanced and modified subsequently 

Perform complex product analysis as well as development duties that may include significant research and analysis 

Ensuring extensive and proper documentation of solution designs and implementation for easy onboarding of new teammates 

Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to deliver requirements 

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments 

Providing tech support for clearing bottlenecks and and obstacles 

Identifying and troubleshooting issues with frontend code 

Execute automated testing platforms and system tests 

REQUIREMENTS 

Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of JavaScript and Node.js 

Professional experience in full stack development using the NAP stack - Node.js, Angular, Postgres 

In depth understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues 

Proficiency in browser rendering behavior and performance. 

Proficiency in Javascript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks 

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git) 

Good understanding of or working experience with IONIC framework is a major plus

• Exposure to finance and capital markets will be added advantage.
