We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT sales, specifically in cloud solutions and software sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads and close deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online portals, social media, networking events, and industry publications.
- Utilize online lead generation tools and platforms to identify potential clients.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Process:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on cloud and software sales.
- Proven track record of lead generation and sales target achievement.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and cloud computing concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
