Job Title

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

With a competitive salary of 3.5 to 4.2 LPA and real growth opportunities

What This Role Is Really About

You'll be:

Creating content that drives marketing results

Working closely with strategy and automation

Helping brands communicate clearly and creatively

Becoming a core part of a growing team

Creativity matters more than certificates.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for ads, social media, and branding

Edit short form videos (Reels, Ads, Shorts)

Create marketing visuals that align with brand strategy

Handle photo editing and motion graphics

Collaborate with the team on campaigns and ideas

Maintain consistency with brand mission and vision

Work on both ads content and organic marketing content

Skills Required

Must Have:

Strong graphic design sense

Video editing skills (short form focused)

Understanding of marketing oriented creatives

Ability to handle ads & marketing content

Tools (any equivalent is fine):

Photoshop / Illustrator

Premiere Pro / After Effects (or similar)

Canva (for quick executions)

Soft Skills (Very Important):

Team collaboration mindset

Openness to feedback

Willingness to learn and grow

Growth mentality
