Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated ETL Developer to fill a key role working on distributed team, in a dynamic fast-paced environment. This project is an enterprise-wide distributed system with users worldwide.

This hands-on role requires the candidate to work collaboratively in a squad following a Scaled Agile development methodology. You must be a self-starter, delivery-focused, and possess a broad set of technology skills.

We will count on you to:

• Designs, codes, tests and debugs new and existing software applications primarily using ETL technologies and relational database languages.

• The candidate must demonstrate a great knowledge of ETL technology and be able to work effectively on distributed components.​

• Ensure code meets specifications, quality and security standards, and is maintainable
• Complete work within prescribed standards and follow prescribed workflow process.
• Unit test software components efficiently and effectively
• Ensure that solution requirements are gathered accurately, understood, and that all stakeholders have transparency on impacts
• Follow engineering best practices and principles within your organisation
• Work closely with a Lead Software Engineer
• Build strong relationships with members of your engineering squad

What you need to have:

• Proven track record of successfully delivering software solutions
• The ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical colleagues in a cross-functional environment
• Some experience or knowledge of working with Agile at Scale, Lean and Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development and Infrastructure as Code
• Some experience with cloud native software architectures
• Proven experience in the remediation of SAST/DAST findings
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Strong Self-starter and active squad contributor

Technical Skills or Qualifications Required:

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong ETL Skills: Snap logic
• Expertise on Relational Databases Oracle, SSMS and familiar with NO SQL DB MongoDB
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modelling
• Experience of performing validations on large-scale data
• Strong Rest API ,JSON’s and Data transformations experience
• Experience with Unit Testing and Integration Testing
• Knowledge of SDLC processes, practices, and experience with some or all of: Confluence, JIRA, ADO, Github etc.

Required Capabilities:-

Primary Skills: .Net Core, ReactJS, Azure (Azure, Key Vault , Azure Function, Azure service bus, Azure Blob storage, Cosmos, App insights, App services)

• Significant software development experience in front-end, back-end, and cloud automation.
• Agile team experience, following best practices for architecture, design, and testing with high code quality.
• Proficient in .Net/C# programming and React.
• Strong SQL Server skills.
• Familiar with Redis.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Azure Storage accounts and service bus.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud hosting.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework.
• Expertise in .Net API

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Migration Specialist to lead and execute the migration of legacy directory services to a modern, scalable, and secure Active Directory environment . The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and implement migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and adherence to security and compliance standards.

Technical Experience:

• Preferable Experience Minimum 7 to 10 year’s over-all experience with minimum 3 to 5 years in active directory migration and administration role handling Complex multi-technology projects in Enterprise. Hands on active directory migration Implementation Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current Active Directory environments (on-premises and/or cloud-integrated)
• Develop and document AD migration strategy, roadmap, and technical design
• Execute forest/domain consolidation, domain controller upgrades, and AD object migrations
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to identify AD dependencies
• Configure and manage AD tools like Quest migration Tools, PowerShell, etc.
• Perform group policy (GPO) rationalization and migration
• Migrate users, groups, computers, and service accounts with minimal impact
• Ensure coexistence and trust setup between source and target AD environments
• Implement and verify replication, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services
• Perform post-migration validation, testing, and issue remediation
• Document processes, provide knowledge transfer, and support stabilization
• Configuration and troubleshooting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
• Hands-on experience with AD migration tools (e.g., Quest tools, PowerShell scripting)
• Proficient in DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, OU structure, Sites and Services
• Experience with hybrid environments including Azure AD and Microsoft Entra ID
• Knowledge of identity and access management best practices
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex directory-related issues
• Familiarity with security/compliance implications of identity migrations
• Experience working in enterprise environments with 1,000+ users
• Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills
• Good verbal and written communications and presentation skills demonstrate an aptitude for assimilation of new technologies and solutions.
• Independently handle all consulting related activity and assist sales organization in driving the medium & large consulting opportunities.
• Preferable knowledge in competition products across networks, security and data center solutions.
• Should have worked in similar capacity in earlier organizations

Qualification:

• Desired Candidate Profile Industry IT-Hardware & Networking Qualification B. E / B. Tech in Electronics/Telecommunications computer science or equivalent degree in IT related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar
• Familiarity with Entra ID Connect, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies
• Prior experience with mergers, acquisitions, or divestiture-based AD migrations
• Exposure to tools like SCCM, JAMF, or Intune in integrated identity scenarios
• Certification – Quest Migration tool certification, Windows Server, Microsoft Azure

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Workday Functional Consultant with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will hold certification in one or more of the following modules:

• Core HCM
• Core & Advanced Compensation
• Payroll & Absence
• Security
• Workday Help
• Recruitment

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, HRIS teams, and technical consultants to deliver scalable and efficient Workday solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more certified Workday modules.
• Lead or support Workday implementations, enhancements, or optimization projects.
• Translate business requirements into functional configurations within Workday.
• Participate in or lead design sessions and provide functional recommendations.
• Configure and test Workday modules based on approved requirements.
• Support Workday system upgrades and new feature rollouts.
• Assist in resolving daily operational and production issues.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Ensure Workday security configuration and access control are aligned with compliance standards.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation related to Workday transactions and integrations.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of hands-on Workday functional experience.
• Certification in at least one of the following Workday modules (must be current or verifiable):

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multi-module certification is a strong plus.
• Experience with Workday Studio or Integrations is a plus (even if not core responsibility).
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
• Workday reporting (custom reports, dashboards) experience.
