Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – AI to own the roadmap and end-to-end execution of AI products within LeadSquared.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, prioritisation, and end-to-end execution for your AI product area.
• Understand customer problems and identify where AI can create meaningful, scalable value and translate them into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
• Drive products from discovery and 0→1 development through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Build and scale end-user-facing AI experiences that work reliably within enterprise workflows. 
• Make informed product decisions considering quality, latency, and scale trade-offs in production AI systems.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, Data, and GTM teams to ship high-quality products.
• Define and track product adoption, engagement, customer outcomes, and business impact.
• Drive GTM, adoption, and continuous product optimisation.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Product Management experience building AI products.
• Strong B2B SaaS product experience.
• Experience in 0→1 product development and launches.
• Strong product discovery, prioritisation, roadmap management, and execution skills.
• Familiarity with AI evaluations (evals), observability, guardrails, and human oversight.
• Data-driven approach with strong understanding of product metrics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 1.5 / Tier 2 colleges preferred.

Good to Have

• Experience building products using GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents / Agentic AI, or ML-based decision systems.

About Us

Invorto is our Voice AI product, bringing intelligent voice agents to real-world customer and operational use cases. Our voice pipeline is built in Python, running an STT → LLM → TTS architecture on top of the Pipecat framework.

This is a chance to work on hard problems in voice AI — latency, accuracy, naturalness, and reliability — building zero-to-one, owning your area end-to-end, and shipping to production at scale.

About the Role

We're looking for a Voice AI Research Engineer to join the Invorto team and help build and continuously improve the voice AI systems that power our intelligent voice agents. This role is focused on the specialized craft of voice AI — designing evaluation and automation frameworks that ensure our STT, LLM, and TTS pipeline performs reliably in real-world, production conditions.

What You'll Do

• Design and build automated testing and quality frameworks for our STT → LLM → TTS voice pipeline, built on Pipecat
• Evaluate and benchmark STT, LLM, and TTS/ASR components on accuracy, latency, naturalness, and robustness across accents, languages, and real-world audio conditions
• Work hands-on with STT, TTS, and ASR models — fine-tuning, evaluating, and improving them for production use cases
• Identify failure modes and edge cases across the pipeline (background noise, accents, interruptions, turn-taking, latency, pipeline-stage handoffs) and build systems to catch them before production
• Collaborate closely with engineering to integrate quality checks and automation into the voice agent development lifecycle within the Pipecat-based architecture
• Research and stay current with advances in voice AI, and bring in new techniques, models, and tools to improve pipeline performance
• Work directly with customers to understand real-world voice use cases and translate them into evaluation criteria and quality benchmarks
• Partner with product and engineering to define what "production-grade quality" means for voice agents and drive the team toward it

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience, with a specialization in voice AI systems and automated quality evaluation
• Hands-on experience with STT (Speech-to-Text), TTS (Text-to-Speech), and ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) models
• Experience designing and building automated testing/evaluation frameworks for voice or speech systems
• Strong understanding of what drives voice AI quality — accuracy, latency, naturalness, and robustness to real-world variability
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Pipecat or similar voice pipeline/orchestration frameworks is a plus
• Understanding of STT → LLM → TTS pipeline architectures and the trade-offs involved at each stage
• Research mindset — comfortable exploring new models, techniques, and tools and translating them into practical improvements
• Excellent communication skills — this is a customer-facing role, and you'll regularly engage directly with customers to understand needs and validate quality expectations

The Role

We are looking for full-stack developers with experience in building user interface components for serverless applications using React. 

The role involves working with the product management team, understand the business requirements, and take full responsibility of design, development, test and release of the applications. 

Requirements:

• Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership. 
• 2+ years of experience in building web applications using React with strong CSS skills.
• Independently develop new user-facing features from designs and wireframes
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

To serve multiple industries and geographies, it is critical to have a strong integration and product extension strategy to meet specific customer needs. That is where our apps marketplace comes in, which currently has about 30 apps solving various micro-integration or functionality extension needs. With the kind of growth we are seeing, we need to build many more apps, and more importantly bring in partners who can seamlessly build and integrate their apps in our marketplace.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to lead our Apps Marketplace effort:

• Build a team and drive the effort of building and maintaining strategic apps (ones which need to be inhouse) such as cloud telephony integration, SMS, email integration and Google/Facebook ads.
• Work with our platform group to ensure the apps marketplace framework is partner ready, and it is easy to add new apps
• Educate and collaborate with potential dev partners so they can contribute to LeadSquared apps marketplace

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would have experience of designing, building, testing and releasing several cloud-based business applications, end-to-end.  Experience of leading small teams, strong sense of ownership, working collaboratively with different teams and expertise in setting up strong engineering process are critical.  Other requirements include:

• 6+ full-stack experience in building cloud-based web applications using any of .NET/Java/Python/PHP/Node.js. Some experience in C# and ASP.NET important
