We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of front end developer. Front end developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.

Front end developers are required to work in teams alongside back end developers, graphic designers, and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills:

• Experience with React JS and Redux.
  • A background in building JavaScript UI applications, with a strong understanding of UI frameworks and paradigms available including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.
  • HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
  • Experience with browser APIs and optimizing front-end performance. Understand the full web technology stack, e.g. HTML, CSS, HTTP, cookies, headers, asset loading / caching.
  • Have a deep understanding of frontend application structure and architecture
  • Have great customer empathy and appreciate the User’s experience
  • Experience with unit testing, using test frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Enzyme etc.
  • Experience in Web Development end-to-end, from design to release.
  • Experience or aspiration to be a full stack developer(Node.js).

1. Lead the development of frontend architecture and implement scalable, maintainable, and

high-performance web applications.

React JS Developers

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Bangalore (onsite)

Responsibilities:

Design and implement user interface components for JavaScript-based web applications

using React JS

 Work as a part of a small team that includes other react JS developers, designers, QA

experts, and managers

 Build app and UI components from prototypes and wireframes

 Built REST APIs for tight integrations with the Backend

 Write automated tests to ensure error-free code and performance

 Improve front-end performance by eliminating performance bottlenecks

 Create front-end modules with maximum code reusability and efficiency

 Work with third-party dependencies and APIs

 Work with Redux architecture to improve the performance of the websites/mobile apps

 Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to build apps in the stipulated time/budget

React JS Developer 

• 2-4 years of experience as a React JS developer. 
• Must have Working Experience in a product based organization at least 18 months.
• Good Communication skills must. 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model 
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles 
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) ● Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with one of the top frontend frameworks - React (preferred)/ Angular / Vue
• Solid understanding of modern CSS methodologies like SCSS, SASS
• Exposure to latest developments in UI development like PWA, Single Page Apps, Hybrid Apps, Responsive web design etc
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, HTTP 2, Socket Connections
• Deep understanding of Javascript topics including the V8 Engine, Async, Memory Management, Duplex Communication.
• Experienced in Unit / Integration / Visual Testing.
• Ability to develop pixel-perfect web pages from designs
• Prior startup experience is a plus
