Conduct market and company research using Apollo.io, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build verified client lists.
Study industry trends and identify high-potential customer segments for outreach.
Perform verification calls to confirm CRM usage, IT decision-makers, and company requirements (no sales pitching).
Qualify and categorize leads based on industry, company size, geography, and expected needs.
Prepare accurate and structured lead sheets for the sales team to use in outreach.
Create company profiles, background summaries, and research briefs for Senior Consultants.
Schedule discovery meetings once leads are validated and properly qualified.
Manage personalized email outreach campaigns via Instantly.ai and improve sequences based on engagement.
Maintain clean CRM data, update records, and prepare weekly reports on lead flow and market insights.
Candidate should be organized, analytical, detail-oriented, with 1–2 years of experience and strong written & spoken communication skills.

Role Overview
The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales head in moving prospects through the funnel. This is an entry to junior-level sales role with structured growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new client prospects from the UAE, GCC, and Indian markets (focus on SMEs).
- Execute LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calls to generate appointments.
- Qualify leads based on business size, industry, and requirements.
- Schedule demos and meetings for the Sales Head/CEO.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in the CRM.
- Support in preparing outreach reports, sales decks, and client follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly activity targets (number of outreaches, demos booked, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months –2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, cold calling, and writing outreach emails.
- Persistent, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Basic understanding of CRM, SaaS, or IT services is preferred (training will be provided).
