🔍 Role: Fraud Operations (FTC)

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Fraud Operations within the banking domain (Global Bank preferred) and strong inbound voice experience.

✅ Mandatory Skills

✔ Fraud Risk Assessment & Fraud Detection

✔ Fraud Operations / Transaction Monitoring

✔ Inbound Voice Process (Mandatory)

✔ Banking Experience (Global bank exposure preferred)

✔ Excellent English communication skills

⏰ Shift Details

• Early morning shift – Start time between 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM (fixed once joined)

• 5 days Work from Office

• 9 hours per day

• Shift Allowance: ₹650/day

• Cab Facility: One-way cab in the morning
