We're hiring an AVP Engineering at Dashfit, Mumbai.
Fitness apps count calories, steps and sleep. Nothing counts muscle. So we built DAMS (Dashfit Activated Muscle Score), a per-muscle score that powers weekly-adaptive, coach-reviewed workout plans for India's desk-job professionals. Our app is live on Google Play and the App Store.
What this role gives you:
✅ Lead tech from day one and own the roadmap
✅ Lead a team of engineering interns
✅ Mon to Thu, 12-hour days. Fri to Sun, all yours.
✅ ₹40,000/month, paid weekend work, and performance-linked ESOPs
Who we're looking for: an engineer with 1–4 years of experience who has shipped production code, uses AI as a power tool without leaning on it, and is ready to relocate to Mumbai and work independently.
