Role Overview for CRM Manager:
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven CRM Manager to lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy and execution. You will drive user retention, engagement, and monetization through scalable CRM initiatives across key verticals such as Puja, Chadhawa, and Astro. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in managing CRM programs across channels and segments.
What will you do?
- Lead the CRM Lifecycle Strategy: Design and execute end-to-end CRM journeys — from onboarding to reactivation — across verticals like Puja, Chadhawa, and Astro.
- Build for Bharat Users: Craft communication that resonates with culturally rooted users across Tier 2/3+ cities, with language, tone, and timing that match local behavior and beliefs.
- Own CRM Channel Performance: Drive key metrics such as user activation, engagement, retention, and repeat usage across Push, SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Manage & Scale a CRM Team: Mentor a small team of executives or specialists, setting up strong processes, review cycles, and a data-backed experimentation culture.
- Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with content, product, design, and tech to align CRM campaigns with product features, user intent, and festival or astrology calendars.
- Create Scalable Systems: Build dashboards, automate reports, and implement frameworks to track and scale CRM impact month-on-month.
Who You Are?
- 4–7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, preferably in consumer apps
- Deep understanding of Indian users, especially from Tier 2/3+ cities — their behavior, language, and cultural context
- Strong grasp of CRM tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, or Braze
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, cohorts, funnel metrics, and A/B testing
- Creative communicator — able to craft messages that resonate emotionally and drive action
- Hands-on executor who can also think strategically and build scalable systems
- People manager with experience mentoring or managing a small team
- Cross-functional collaborator — works well with product, content, design, and tech

About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Backend Tech Lead with deep expertise in Golang and Python to lead our backend team. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in backend technologies and 2–3 years of proven engineering mentoring experience, having successfully scaled systems and shipped B2C applications in collaboration with product teams.
Responsibilities
Technical & Product Delivery
● Oversee design and development of backend systems operating at 10K+ RPM scale.
● Guide the team in building transactional systems (payments, orders, etc.) and behavioral systems (analytics, personalization, engagement tracking).
● Partner with product managers to scope, prioritize, and release B2C product features and applications.
● Ensure architectural best practices, high-quality code standards, and robust testing practices.
● Own delivery of projects end-to-end with a focus on scalability, reliability, and business impact.
Operational Excellence
● Champion observability, monitoring, and reliability across backend services.
● Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and resilience.
● Streamline development workflows and engineering processes for speed and quality.
Requirements
● Experience:
7+ years of professional experience in backend technologies.
2-3 years as Tech lead and driving delivery.
● Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on expertise in Golang and Python.
Proven track record with high-scale systems (≥10K RPM).
Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms.
● Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated success in managing teams through 2–3 appraisal cycles.
Strong experience working with product managers to deliver consumer-facing applications.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice-to-Have
● Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
● Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
● Previous leadership experience in B2C product companies operating at scale.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Sr. Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in executing, monitoring, and optimizing not just performance marketing campaigns across various platforms but also keen to learn and move some business metrics
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Growth
- Independently plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution from strategy to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency on key performance indicators (CPA, ROAS, CM).
Analytics & Business Impact
- Track and analyze marketing performance not only at the campaign level (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) but also at the business impact level (Revenue growth, CM1, CM2, Baseline contribution).
- Perform detailed RCA (root cause analysis) for metric fluctuations and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
- Develop dashboards and reporting structures for transparent visibility of performance metrics.
Optimization & Experimentation
- Drive continuous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging.
- Coordinate with content and creative teams to ensure impactful storytelling that drives conversions.
- Proactively test new ideas, channels, and formats that can unlock step-jump growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with category managers to align campaigns with puja calendar, seasonal spikes, and product launches.
- Collaborate with CRM, product, and influencer teams to drive multi-channel impact beyond just paid performance.
- Contribute to brainstorming and execution of branding + performance initiatives that improve baseline business metrics.
Requirements:
- 2 – 5 years of experience in performance marketing with proven results in scaling campaigns and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms ( Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to link campaign performance to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Problem-solving attitude with ownership to drive business results, not just campaign metrics.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling large-scale budgets with efficiency.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
