We are looking for a driven and technically curious Cybersecurity & SASE Analyst (Fresher) to join our delivery and pre-sales team in Delhi. This is a hands-on role — you will work directly alongside senior engineers on live client deployments, POCs, and solution design across endpoint security, network security, and cloud-delivered SASE platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SASE solutions (Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) across enterprise client environments
• Support endpoint security deployments and policy management (EDR/XDR platforms)
• Assist with network security assessments — firewall rules, VPN configurations, segmentation, and access control
• Participate in Proof of Concept (POC) engagements — environment setup, testing, documentation, and client-facing demonstrations
• Prepare technical documentation including HLDs, LLDs, prerequisite checklists, and MoMs
• Monitor security events, analyse logs, and assist in identifying vulnerabilities and misconfigurations across client environments
• Research and stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats, OEM product updates, and industry best practices
• Support pre-sales activities — RFP/RFQ responses, BOQs, and technical presentations

Education

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
• Fresher (0–1 year of experience); strong internship experience in cybersecurity will be an advantage

Technical Skills

• Foundational knowledge of network security concepts — firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, DNS, proxies
• Understanding of endpoint security — antivirus, EDR, device control, application whitelisting
• Familiarity with SASE concepts — Zero Trust, secure web gateway, CASB, ZTNA
• Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, switching, VLANs
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Knowledge of common frameworks — NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK — is advantageous
• Hands-on experience (labs, projects, or internship) with any security platform is a strong plus

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

• CompTIA Security+
• Zscaler ZDTA / ZCA
• Cisco CyberOps Associate
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• Any vendor certification from Tenable, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Prisma SASE / Prisma SD-WAN / Zscaler / Zero Trust solutions.
• Manage network security infrastructure, including IPSec VPNs, DNS Security, and QoS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud security and network protection strategies.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SASE and network security systems for performance and threat mitigation.
• Respond to security incidents related to endpoint and network breaches.
• Prepare documentation for architecture, procedures, and system configurations.
• Stay updated with evolving threat landscapes and recommend security enhancements.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications like PCCSE, PCNSA, or equivalent are good to have.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with:
• Prisma Access / Prisma SD-WAN
• Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)
• Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
• Cloud security platforms
• Strong networking fundamentals:

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Network & Network Security Engineer with Team Management responsibilities to lead the design, delivery, and support of secure network solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers.

As part of an IT System Integration company, this role combines deep technical expertise, team leadership, and customer-facing project delivery. You will act as a technical authority, mentor a team of engineers, and ensure high-quality implementation and support of complex network and security environments.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership (L3)

• Act as the L3 escalation point for complex network and security incidents.
• Design, validate, and implement enterprise network architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Center).
• Lead technical design workshops and solution reviews with customers.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across routing, switching, and security domains.
• Review and approve high-risk configuration changes and deployments.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and reference architectures.

Network Engineering

• Design and support routing and switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP).
• Deliver WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, and internet connectivity solutions.
• Support network migrations, refresh projects, and infrastructure transformations.
• Produce high-quality design documents (HLD/LLD), implementation plans, and as-built documentation.

Network Security Engineering

• Design and implement secure network solutions including NGFWs, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and NAC.
• Define and enforce segmentation, access control, and zero-trust security models.
• Implement and manage firewall platforms (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, Check Point).
• Support compliance-driven customer requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• Work closely with SOC and security teams on incident response and remediation.

Team Management & Mentorship

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L1/L2/L3 network and security engineers.
• Assign workload, manage escalations, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and technical skill development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and technical training plans.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Project & Customer Engagement

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams on solution design, effort estimation, and technical validation.
• Support Proof Concepts (PoCs) and customer demonstrations.
• Ensure successful project delivery aligned with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Participate in change management, maintenance windows, and on-call rotations.

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking and network security.
• Strong hands-on experience in L3 routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Proven experience leading or managing technical teams.
• Background working in an IT System Integrator, MSP, or project-based environment.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across OSI Layers 1–7.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNP / CCIE / PCNSE / NSE / Check Point CCSA/CCSE or equivalent.
• Experience with SD-WAN and SASE solutions.
• Cloud networking and security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Automation and scripting experience (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
• ITIL or project management exposure is a plus.
