Roles and Responsibilities

• Actively participate in client calls for requirement grooming and designing
• Participate in design discussions with fellow team members and client

• Developing Java code, SQL, and stored procedures for new features and enhancements

Role and Requirements

·      Managing sales distribution and growth for Hotchaa! in retail – MT and GT

·      Come with good knowledge, understanding and relationships with GT and MT market in India, specifically Mumbai

·      Understand way of working for FMCG product growth – distribution, listing, promotions, merchandising

·      Establish sales objectives and targets by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; work to achieve set sales targets along with marketing team

·      Identify and build the right retail partnerships online and offline to drive sales for Hotchaa! products

·      Manage relationships and engagement with channel partners (online and offline) including analyzing sales potential, SKU rationalization, pricing and promotion decisions and trend forecasting

·      Conduct frequent trade visits to gain valuable insights on stock movement, monthly trends and tweak strategy accordingly.

·      Build and nurture relationships with retailers and distributors, discuss their needs and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them

·      Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

·      Provide sales support to distribution partners and work closely on POS promotions / shelf displays / marketing / visibility strategy along with marketing inputs

• Should have strong experience in CRM platform either Functional / Technical with strong exposure to Salesforce Lightning components.
• Must be familiar with like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform.
• Strong knowledge and development experience in Lightning development, Aura framework, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular Js.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce.coms Web services, SOAP, REST.
• Must have experience in developing custom integration processes using Salesforce.coms Web Services API, SOAP, REST etc.
• Worked on latest web standards (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, RESTful web services, JSON & others).
• Experienced with ETL tools like Starfish ETL, Talend Open Studio, Apex Data Loader, Pervasive, etc
• Familiarity and work experience with integrated development environments such as Eclipse.
• Good oral and written communication skill, Customer interaction skill and collaborative team working.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
• 10+ years relevant work experience, including technical program management or equivalent management experience in a mid- to large-sized Financial Technology firms or Payment’s technology divisions running complex software development programs with multiple stakeholders for at least 5 years.
• 3+ years of experience as a People Manager, managing a team of 40 to 50 members, inclusive of building and growing the team.
• Broad experience, across functional and technical areas, designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining large scale projects in BFSI Domain.
• Looking for professionals who have started their career into Development and Coding; have grown into Tech Lead roles followed by further transition into Project Management roles under BFSI domain.
• Should have entirely owned the product development from start to end, i.e., inception to implementation. Someone who has worked on end-to-end implementation/development will be apt for this role.
• Should be an expert in stake holder management, negotiating the requirement with the product team and understanding the timeline, team size, and the budget of the project.
• Must also analyze requirements Vs the timeline.
• Should be able to help interact with the architects meaningfully and gain knowledge of what infrastructure, the technology, APIs to use, front-end dependencies, solutions, and integration across the organization, the candidate should understand the business requirement and how to implement it technically. Accordingly, they will be able to plan and deliver.
• Working expertise in Agile, Jira, and Cloud is mandatory. Agile Safe is essential.
• Exposure to running agile ceremonies, change or release management. ServiceNow and similar change management tools are highly considerable.
• Working experience with microservices, API servers, Mobile and Web Application Development is a must.
• Prior experience with CI/CD software development process

Business knowledge

• The person must have knowledge in at least one domain, i.e., Credit Cards, Lending, Investment, and Insurance.
• Such domain knowledge and experience should be from the recent one and not from the earlier stages of the career.

Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities:

• Participate and lead Business Requirements gathering, documentation of BRD and overall Solution design.
• Implementation of designed system in NetSuite and support to project team.
• Ensure the best practices implementation based on Industry standard.
• Need to be involved on Reviews, check feasibility of solution and functional fitment as per NetSuite and align customer expectations and NetSuite capabilities to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare test cases of modules implemented, validate the deliverables before Client testing and UAT.
• Follow up with Client and Support for issue resolution.
• Documenting the resolution of issues and sharing with the internal team on ongoing basis.
• Interact with the key end users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis
• Suggest process improvements based on the application capability and industry best practices
• Support all formal documentation of implementation and provide relevant functional inputs to technical team
• Contribute to the training and development of key NetSuite team.
• Support in Pre Sales, demos and estimates as an when required.
• Ensure weekly Client reporting and support to Project Management team.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, MCA, MSC, or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in NetSuite with 8 to 10 years of end-to-end in NetSuite Implementation.
• Good knowledge of all NetSuite Modules with strong understanding of functional processes
• NetSuite Foundation / ERP Consultant certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions, preferably on SaaS.

• 5+ years of object-oriented software development of web applications
• 5+ years of C# in a .NET environment
• Preferable Experience in Cloud Technologies (AWS, AZURE)
• Experience with MS SQL stored procedures, database design and optimization
• Experience developing and utilizing web services
• Experience with high volume consumer oriented web sites
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
• Experience with formal test procedures, release management
• Preferable Travel industry experience preferred, especially programming associated with GDS’s - SABRE, Farelogix, and Travelport
• Ability to distill complex business needs into functional requirements
