Digit88 is seeking a senior technical writer to join our conversational AI team. You will be responsible for technical content for conversational Cloud Platform, technical guides, and marketing materials. You would be joining an existing team of 50+ professionals and help expand the Conversational AI professional services team that builds and delivers highly engaging and cutting edge chatbot/AI solutions that automate and power millions of conversations daily across the world.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop technical content for conversational Cloud Platform, technical guides, user manuals and marketing materials. Should also be able to translate technical jargon into clear and accessible language for non-technical audiences.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Conduct in-depth research to gather relevant information and validate technical details to ensure accuracy in your writing.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with technical experts and product teams to gather information, interview subject matter experts, and understand complex technical concepts. Build a strong rapport with technical teams to create content that resonates with the target audience.
• Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of content strategies based on goals, audience, and industry trends. Suggest new content ideas and formats to engage the audience effectively.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines. Check for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors to deliver error-free content.
• Content Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of content using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
• Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for products, services, and features, ensuring clarity and accuracy for users and developers.

You should have proven experience in:

• As a Technical Content Writer, preferably in the technology industry like B2B SaaS Platforms. Experience on Conversational AI/Chatbots or other Low Code platforms experience is a big plus.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in researching, organizing, and presenting complex technical information in a simplified manner.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

Preferred Skills:

• 7+ years experience in technical content writing for enterprise software.
• Good to have knowledge on content management systems (CMS) and content publishing workflows.
• Knowledge of industry-standard style guides and ability to adapt to the company's style guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

The Opportunity

Digit88 is expanding the extended software product engineering team for its partner, a US-based Energy Analytics SaaS platform company. Our partner is building a suite of cloud-based business operation support platforms in the Utilities Rate Lifecycle space in the Energy sector/domain. This is a bleeding edge AI and Big Data platform that helps large energy utility companies in the US plan, manage, review and optimize their new product and rate design, billing, rate analysis, forecasting, and CRM. The candidate would be joining an existing team of product engineers in the US, China and Pune/India and help us establish an extended product engineering team at Digit88.

Job Profile

Digit88 is looking for a Sr Java Engineer with excellent hands-on experience in Java, AWS, and Springboot experience. You will be designing solutions around large enterprise and distributed systems. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and architects on a wide range of problems, bringing technical direction, architecture and design decisions, solving technical problems ultimately enabling the product team to build, develop and improve products that will revolutionize the energy industry.

To be successful in this role, you should possess

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 6-8 years hands-on experience with Java based technologies.
• Expertise in Core Java, Data Structures, J2EE with proven expertise in Spring MVC, Spring boot, Microservices architecture, Web Services (Rest) in distributed systems
• Practical experience with MySQL and/or NoSQL databases like Postgres, Cassandra
• Practical experience with Caching frameworks Memcached/Redis, Message Queues
• Experience in building high performance, high availability REST APIs and REST clients
• Expertise with log file analysis using one or more of ELK, Splunk, Kibana 
• Prior experience in building solutions in AWS, using managed services.
• Experience with Kafka is a definite plus
• Strong practical experience in applying design patterns, multithreading concepts to solve complex problems, strong problem solving skills

Manager, Business Development

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic business development professional with 5-8 years of experience in B2B IT Software Service Sales in North America and Europe with a proven track record of building strong pipelines and generating $2M+ of additional annual revenue. We have grown 200% in the last 3 years. The ideal candidate will contribute towards the next stage of growth in the company’s journey.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Work with the CEO and other leaders and own the end to end software services business development and sales function at Digit88 - starting from developing a strategy, prospecting new clients and owning the sales funnel, outreach, preparing proposals, driving presentations/client meetings and deal closure.
• Bring disciplined sales/pre-sales process and drive it independently or with a small focussed team. 
• Create short and long term business development plans in conjunction with our CEO
• Understand Digit88’s current business, clients and strengths and research new market and technology opportunities in software product engineering services and operations.
• Create and maintain a strong sales funnel along with owning the client database
• Creating outreach strategies for generating new leads and actively seeking out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Creating sales and marketing decks, proposals and RFP presentations.
• Own MIS for your function and create regular reports and presentations to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• BE/BTech in CS or related discipline with an MBA in Sales and Marketing. 
• 4-6 years of hands-on and proven experience in a mid-sized software services organization in a business development/inside sales role. 
• Expertise in clinching offshore software development and operations projects from the US, EU markets
• Expertise with various industry verticals like Conversational AI, Machine Learning/NLP, HealthTech, Energy/Utilities, FinTech, Retail, IoT, Ad Operations, Influencer Marketing, Data Operations/Annotation and more.
• Proven experience in prospecting and closing multi million dollar deals with total annual sales targets of at least $2-5M
• Have experience using Linkedin Sales Navigator, HubSpot or other similar CRM applications.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Please be ready to show us a portfolio of some sample work done.
