About the Role:
We are looking for an Android Developer. As an AndroidDeveloper, you will work within our engineering team todeliver functional & user-friendly Android applications in atimely manner.

Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or arelated field
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
You have prior experience as an Android Developerusing Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android NDK
You have experience in publishing an application onthe Google Play storeProven work experience in design patterns mobilearchitecture using frameworks such asMVVM/MVC/MVPFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to effectively integrate Android applications
Proficient understanding of code versioning toolssuch as GitFamiliarity with various testing toolsYou are a problem solver with good analytical skills

Responsibilities :

❖ Responsible for requirements gathering, solution definition,
development and deployment of mobile applications for the Vahak
mobile platform.
❖ Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the mobile
application.
❖ Design interfaces to improve user experience.
❖ Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions. Troubleshoot and
debug to optimize performance
❖ Research current technology trends to provide input on how they may
influence overall enterprise architecture.
❖ Stay abreast with new innovations and the latest technology trends and
explore ways of leveraging these for improving the product in
alignment with the business.


SKILLS LOOKING FOR

❖ Between 5-10 years proven work experience as a developer for Android in the mobile
development industry with a track record of developing apps released to the public.
❖ Algorithms and data structure.
❖ Solid understanding of the full mobile app development life cycle.
❖ Experience and understanding of government services, security & mobility domains.
❖ Excellent Experience with Java/J2EE, Eclipse, XML, Android APIs, Android SDK and
Android Studio.
❖ Experience in working with SQLite Database.
❖ Experience in developing back-end services preferably with Golang/Python.
❖ Solid understanding and experience with object-oriented programming and associated

1. Lead the Testbook Android Team of 12+ Android Developers
2. Own the Testbook Android App (2Cr+ Installs) and its related 500+ Apps
3. Work extensively with Product Managers to deliver quality products and features
4. Improve the App Architecture and drive processes for code reviews, releases.
5. Take up occasional challenging Android coding tasks
