LimeRoad is the second largest fashion player in India and it is growing phenomenally fast. We work on a different model of social validation vs brand validation for our supply which gives us the edge over our competitors, it also comes with its unique challenges. These challenges make design central rather than incidental to helping our users deliver the best of fashion. For our supply partners and stylists, LimeRoad represents an opportunity to reach and engage with the large plethora of Indian buyers with distinctive tastes, creating a huge supply pipeline with the largest choice basket for fashion available at a single platform in India. We are now looking at the future and reimagining social fashion for a larger audience making relevance a factor just not of brands but better products. You need to be obsessed with users and have a passion for understanding why they behave the way they do 2. Your aim is to hustle through user observations, deep interpretations, imaginative prototypes and precisive iterations 3. It’s a natural extension for you to convert insights into prototypes and then manifest prototypes into harmonious design experiences which identity with natural orientation of how people discover, act, receive feedback and recover and have nuanced views on micro-interactions 4. There is an inherent ability to collaborate and align all vectors across product, engineering, and business around user intent 5. You must demonstrate work to us which has discovered and met, unrealized user needs creating a delta effect 6. You are a process fanatic and believe in thoughtful design which is fast, focused and iterative besides being elegant and compelling 7. Your tools define you and you look to enhance your craft through understanding and mastering new tools which allow users to have a richer experience Attitude: 1. You are tool agnostic to deliver your purpose and are hands-on with sketch, principle, adobe xd, illustrator, and photoshop 2. You understand grids, layers, color palettes, type anatomy and affordance levels 3. You love semiotics, create extensive flows and can build design libraries
