Key Responsibilities
- Inside Sales & Lead Conversion
- Engage with incoming leads from social media, website, email, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer packaging needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for closure.
- Outbound Calls & Lead Generation
- Reach out to prospective B2B clients from provided databases or sourced leads.
- Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Social Media Lead Follow-Up
- Track and manage inquiries from platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Respond to DMs and comments professionally and promptly.
- Maintain lead tracker and ensure timely follow-up communication.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal status in CRM.
- Provide weekly updates on lead funnel and conversion metrics
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead follow-up (preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B services).
- Preferably a female candidate for this role.
- Good in mining data or leads through searches and online database tools
- Good and convincing communication skills to create opportunities from leads,
- Able to quickly learn about our products and basic technical aspects.
- Good in CRM and having experience in the same
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven.
- Organized with good time management and follow-through.
Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) :
• Knowledge of Paper Sourcing, Connections with Paper Mills, Importers, and Distributors.
• Knowledge of Biopolymers, including its Manufacturers, Importers, and Distributors.
• Sourcing of other Raw Materials
• Negotiate supplier contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply of materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business and production needs.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging raw material sources.
• Ensure sustainability and ethical sourcing practices align with company values.
Skills Required

- 7+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales within the packaging industry.
- Experience of curating multi million dollar pipelines and closing targets at close to 20 % closure rates.
- Ready to travel and be with the client at all stages on engagement - Initiation , Trials and closures
- Ability to bring industry experience and networks to get quick wins within the first few months
- Ready to hustle from lead to closure stage of engagement
- Well-networked, with a strong reputation and established relationships with decision-makers in key sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of packaging solutions, materials, manufacturing, and industry trends.
- Techno-commercial mindset with the ability to bridge client needs and internal capabilities.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, data-driven reporting, and collaborative team culture.
