Designation: Kafka Consultant

Job Description:

• 3-8+ years of experience programming in a backend language (Java / Python), with a good understanding of troubleshooting errors.
• 5+ years of experience in Confluent Kafka / 3+ years of experience in Confluent Kafka
• Cloud Kafka, Control Central, Rest Proxy, HA Proxy, Confluent Kafka Connect, Confluent Kafka Security features
• 3-5+ years of working experience with different databases such as Oracle/Mysql/MongoDB/Snowflake/RDS databases.
• 3-5+ years of experience with AWS/GCP/Azure preferred AWS. AWS Solutions Architect certifications are preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana / Spl
• Proficient in building/scaling large systems end to end using Tibco BW5, BW6 or other high-performance languages,
• developer tools, CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, and Ansible.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple partners of project and act as a bridge between technical and business team
• Expertise with development along with having an ability to have team-members driven
• Identify and address technical problems and propose creative solution that would bring value to projects
• Work closely with Program manager, UX and Business teams on Estimation, timelines and delivery risks and issues
• Facilitate and drive technical discussion on requirement and change requests
• Identify delivery slippage and mitigate technical risks to avoid slippage
• Be competent in designing architecture design documents and diagrams

• Minimum 8 years of UI experience.
• Having built complex (not Proof of Concepts) solutions on both React and Angular applications. Not familiarity but expertise is what is being looked for in both
• Build applications using HTML5, using JavaScript frameworks such as React.JS, Angular, Vue.js, CSS 3
• Having experience of Technology shift and migration
• Create/build real-time systems with high concurrency
• Having Awareness and experience of atomic design concepts, reusable elements, Progressive Web Apps, CDNs
• Build reusable UI components, ensuring that UI code base is scalable and maintainable
• Build UI component libraries to be used across the organization
• Driving code reviews effectively

Job Description

• Strong understanding of the Ruby programming language and Rails framework
• Proficiency in Javascript including experience with React, Angular or Vue.
• Database understanding (Postgres / MySQL).
• Previous experience maintaining production applications.
• Focus on writing clear, maintainable, tested code.

Skills Required

• Navigating and understanding a large codebase.
• Experience with Git, continuous integration and regular deployments.  Understanding and appreciation of UX and usability.
• Excellent communication skills and diligent ability to contribute to the team by performing code reviews.
• Writing tests using Rsp,c and Capybara.

Technical/Core skills

1. Minimum 3 yrs of exp in Informatica Big data Developer(BDM) in Hadoop environment.
2. Have knowledge of informatica Power exchange (PWX).
3. Minimum 3 yrs of exp in big data querying tool like Hive and Impala.
4. Ability to designing/development of complex mappings using informatica Big data Developer.
5. Create and manage Informatica power exchange and CDC real time implementation
6. Strong Unix knowledge skills for writing shell scripts and troubleshoot of existing scripts.
7. Good knowledge of big data platforms and its framework.
8. Good to have an experience in cloudera data platform (CDP)
9. Experience with building stream processing systems using Kafka and spark
10. Excellent SQL knowledge
