Role: Oracle ERP Support Service Delivery Manager

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Job Description:

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ø Experience: Experience in Oracle ERP Support (Cloud/EBS) and IT Service Delivery Management.

Ø Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM).

Ø Leadership: Small to Medium (15-40) Team management and development skills

Ø Communication: Good client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Service Delivery Management: Manage end-to-end support operations, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Ø Lead incidents, problems, and change management processes, including supporting patches and new releases. Develop service dashboards, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to compliance and risk management.

Ø Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within ERP operations.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable cloud-native data platforms on AWS. You will build high-performance batch and analytical data pipelines using DBT (Cloud + Core), AWS Glue, SMUS, Redshift, Python, MWAA, APIs, and other AWS services while ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

The role requires strong expertise in data engineering, SQL optimization, distributed data processing, and cloud-native architectures.

Must Have Primary Skills

Data Engineering

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building large-scale AWS Data Engineering solutions.
• Strong experience designing scalable batch and streaming data pipelines on AWS.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability for production data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data quality, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.

DBT & Data Warehousing

• Strong hands-on experience with DBT (Cloud + Core) (Highly Recommended).
• Hands-on expertise with Amazon Redshift for Data Warehousing and Analytics.

Programming & Querying

• Strong expertise in:
• SQL (Analytical Queries, Window Functions, Stored Procedures)

Strong Senior Backend Engineer profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 5+ years of hands-on Backend Engineering experience building scalable, production-grade systems

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend development experience using one or more frameworks (FastAPI / Django (Python), Spring (Java), Express (Node.js).

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have deep understanding of relevant libraries, tools, and best practices within the chosen backend framework

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL, along with efficient data modeling and performance optimization

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs, services, and backend systems, including system design and clean code practices

Mandatory (Domain) – Experience with financial systems, billing platforms, or fintech applications is highly preferred (fintech background is a strong plus)

Job Requirements :

- Should have experience in supporting the application and infrastructure 24x7.

- Should have good working knowledge on troubleshooting skills of Operating Systems (Linux/Windows)

- Good experience on Java/j2EE application supporting and AWS infra supporting.

- Ability to work with 3rd parties/FOPS and provide required instruction to troubleshoot and restore faults.

- Respond quickly and effectively to production issues, troubleshooting solutions, and
taking responsibility for seeing those solutions through resolution.

- Identify root cause and corrective actions for highly complex availability, capacity, security, performance, and quality issues affecting the database.

- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system.

- Good knowledge of scripting languages like Shell, Python.

- Good Knowledge of Databases like Mongo, Mysql, SQL Server.

- Respond to alerts and take corrective action to ensure the high availability of our
production environments and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

- Experience/Knowledge of other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus

- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must

- Must have production support experience as the requirement is 24X7X365 production support.
