Role - RSA Archer Technial Specialist

Experience in application development using the Archer platform

• Proficiency in Archer configuration, including custom fields, rules, and workflows
• Strong understanding of GRC concepts and the business context of Archer solutions
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Level of skills and experience:

5 years of hands-on experience in using Python, Spark,Sql.

Experienced in AWS Cloud usage and management.

Experience with Databricks (Lakehouse, ML, Unity Catalog, MLflow).

Experience using various ML models and frameworks such as XGBoost, Lightgbm, Torch.

Experience with orchestrators such as Airflow and Kubeflow.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Fundamental understanding of Parquet, Delta Lake and other data file formats.

Proficiency on an IaC tool such as Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation.

Strong written and verbal English communication skill and proficient in communication with non-technical stakeholderst

Golang Developer

Job Description:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience working with Golang.
• Strong Cloud experience is required for day-to-day work.
• Experience with the Go programming language is necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in software development, with substantial experience in

Golang and cloud infrastructure.

● Expert-level proficiency in designing and developing high-performance, concurrent

applications with Golang.

● Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization

(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

● Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, including unit testing

and integration testing for Golang applications.

● Demonstrated ability to lead projects, collaborate effectively with teams, and mentor

junior engineers.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex

technical challenges.

● Having prior experience in the FinTech domain would be an added advantage.
