Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable AI Engineer who is passionate about building production-grade AI systems, designing scalable ML architecture, and working with cutting-edge AI/ML tools. This role involves hands-on work with Databricks, SQL, PySpark, modern LLM/GenAI frameworks, and full lifecycle ML system design.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Learning & AI Development

• Build, train, and optimize ML models for forecasting, recommendation, personalization, churn prediction, inventory optimization, anomaly detection, and pricing intelligence.
• Develop GenAI solutions using modern LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace Transformers).
• Explore and implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines for product search, customer assistance, and support automation.
• Fine-tune LLMs on company-specific product and sales datasets (using QLoRA, PEFT, and Transformers).
• Develop scalable feature engineering pipelines leveraging Delta Lake and Databricks Feature Store.

Databricks / Data Engineering

• Build end-to-end ML workflows on Databricks using PySpark, MLflow, Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables.
• Optimize Databricks clusters for cost, speed, and stability.
• Maintain reusable notebooks and parameterized pipelines for model ingestion, validation, and deployment.
• Use MLflow for tracking experiments, model registry, and lifecycle management.

Data Handling & SQL

• Write advanced SQL for multi-source data exploration, aggregation, and anomaly detection.
• Work on large, complex datasets from ERP, POS, CRM, Website, and Supply Chain systems.
• Automate ingestion of streaming and batch data into Databricks pipelines.

Deployment & MLOps

• Deploy ML models using REST APIs, Databricks Model Serving, Docker, or cloud-native endpoints.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for ML using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Databricks Workflows.
• Implement model monitoring for drift, accuracy decay, and real-time alerts.

Must-Have Technical Skills

Core AI/ML

• Strong fundamentals in machine learning: regression, classification, time-series forecasting, clustering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for the Fiserv Signature platform, responding to issues, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems efficiently.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze, configure, and implement solutions on the Fiserv Signature platform.

• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure the platform remains secure and up to date.

• Conduct detailed investigations to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.

• Support client onboarding, data migrations, and customizations as needed.

• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain a knowledge base for the support team.

• Provide training and guidance to end-users regarding system features, functionalities, and best practices.

Secondary Skill

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience supporting Fiserv Signature or similar banking/financial services platforms.

• Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

• Familiarity with banking systems, transactions, and financial software.

• Understanding of system architecture, integrations, and workflows in relation to Fiserv Signature.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Required skills

1. Bachlor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Automation or other related majors
2. Familiarity with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocol or BLE Mesh protocol
3. Proven experience in developing BLE stack / firmware (2+ years, both BLE host and controller) or BLE Mesh stack (2+ years)
4. Experience with software engineering processes and the full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and documenting in Continuous Integration environment
5. Strong experience and proficiency in C programming (3+ years) for embedded platforms required
6. Excellent problem solving and debugging skills

Bonus point

1. Experience in developing BLE profiles and BLE applications (e.g. HID, ANCS, Homekit, etc)
