About the role

We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to own significant pieces of our platform end-to-end, from React frontends to Node services on AWS. You'll ship production features, make sound technical decisions, and set a high bar for quality through your own work.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across our TypeScript/React frontend and Node.js backend on AWS
• Own systems end-to-end, from implementation through deployment, monitoring, and production hardening
• Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to a strong engineering culture through thorough code review
• Make pragmatic architecture and design decisions, weighing tradeoffs in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
• Tackle hard problems across data processing, file workflows, and distributed systems at scale

Experience:

○ 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow).

○ Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Platform technologies.

○ Experience in integrating REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and custom connectors.

○ Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Azure, and Dataverse.

○ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps like Teams, Outlook, and Excel.

● Technical Skills:

Educational Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical

Good to have Qualifications:

● Microsoft Certified: Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power Automate RPA

Developer) would be advantageous.

● Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in developing declarative and component-based SPAs using Vue.js. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Expertise in Vue.js, including Vuex for state management and Vue Router for navigation. Strong understanding of Java and experience with Spring Boot framework. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Knowledge of Spring Security framework for implementing authentication and authorization in Spring-based applications. Experience with Keycloak and access management solutions for securing web applications. Understanding of OAuth and OpenID Connect protocols for single sign-on (SSO) authentication. Experience with JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for secure transmission of authentication data between client and server. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Work Location

This role will be based remotely in Hyderabad / Bangalore and requires a frequent travel for short trips to customer site during the working week once the restriction are lifted.

• Track record of delivering various features in large-scale applications or core systems with at least 5 years of experience. If you've written code in big data applications handling multitudes of data or real-time events, you're in.

• Lead the engineering effort across projects 
• Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages including Application Architecture, Design and Development

• Design and build modern solutions informed by a deep understanding of cloud architecture and how distributed systems operate at scale
• Provide regular support and guidance to teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution 
• Establish and enforce best development and engineering practices including QA and DevOps

• Minimum 6+ years of experience designing and building full stack applications using UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue.JS and backend frameworks like Node.JS/ExpressJS or Python/Django/Flask or Laravel/Yii2/Symphony
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Lead mentoring team of 3 to 5 developers
• Strong knowlegde of cloud and distributed systems (AWS, GCP, Azure). Cloud certifications would be an added advantage.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases, SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Graph databases like Neo4j is desirable.
• Proficient in Git and CI-CD frameworks
• Strong communicator with visual, verbal, and writing skills to clearly articulate complex design problems and solutions
