Job Title: Product Owner – Large-Scale IoT Network Platform (RF Mesh)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to drive the roadmap, development, and performance of our large-scale IoT Network Management Platform built on RF Mesh communication technologies.
The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision, translating business needs into technical requirements, and ensuring that the platform delivers high scalability, reliability, and security across millions of connected IoT endpoints (e.g., smart meters, gateways, sensors).
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, business, and customer success — ideal for someone who understands IoT communication networks, cloud platforms, and real-world deployment challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities for the IoT RF Mesh Network Platform.
- Align platform capabilities with business objectives, deployment needs, and customer use cases (e.g., Smart Metering, Smart City, Industrial IoT).
- Identify market trends, competitive offerings, and technology advancements to keep the platform ahead.
2. Requirement Definition & Backlog Management
- Translate high-level business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with solution architects, firmware, and cloud engineering teams to ensure end-to-end coherence across the IoT stack.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with hardware, network, firmware, and platform teams to align product features with RF Mesh communication layers (FAN, PHY/MAC, IPv6, etc.).
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive visualization and control of network data and device operations.
- Partner with project and field teams to incorporate real-world deployment feedback into the product roadmap.
4. Platform Performance & Customer Experience
- Define and monitor KPIs for scalability, uptime, latency, and throughput across large IoT networks.
- Ensure the platform supports secure provisioning, device management, firmware upgrades, and diagnostics at scale.
- Work with the Operations and Support teams to optimize performance, issue resolution, and user experience.
5. Stakeholder & Release Management
- Present roadmap updates and feature releases to executive leadership and clients.
- Drive agile sprint planning, ensuring timely delivery of prioritized features.
- Own product documentation, training materials, and demo environments for internal and customer use.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Communication Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in IoT, communication networks, or embedded system platforms, with at least 2+ years as Product Owner / Product Manager.
- Deep understanding of RF Mesh communication (Wi-SUN, IEEE 802.15.4g/e, 6LoWPAN, RPL) and IoT network architecture.
- Familiarity with network management systems (NMS), device provisioning, and cloud integration.
- Strong grasp of IoT protocols and technologies: IPv6, MQTT, CoAP, DLMS/COSEM, TLS, REST APIs.
- Experience with agile product development (Scrum / Kanban).
- Excellent skills in requirement documentation, stakeholder communication, and prioritization.
Preferred Attributes:
- Exposure to large-scale AMI / Smart City deployments using RF Mesh or LPWAN technologies.
- Experience working with IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or custom NMS solutions).
- Understanding of data analytics, device diagnostics, and remote O&M workflows.
- Strong technical curiosity, with ability to communicate effectively between engineering and business teams.
- PMP or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is a plus.

ü WLAN device driver design & development skills for Qualcomm, Broadcom, Marvel or MediaTek Wi-Fi stack.
