Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, and IMS DB. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, testing, and maintaining mainframe applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using COBOL.
• Create and maintain JCL jobs for application execution and batch processing.
• Work extensively with IMS DB for database design, development, and data access.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and production support.
• Troubleshoot batch job failures and application issues.
• Perform impact analysis and implement enhancements to existing applications.
• Prepare technical documentation and support application releases.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other technical teams.
