Key Responsibilities

- Working closely with the Credit, Business, and Compliance team to manage and mitigate risk exposure.

- Monitoring of loan accounts, checking loan documents & timely preparing various MIS reports.

- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency.

- Ensure completeness of documentation in accordance with approved terms and conditions.

- Develop Risk and Operational strategy for line management, collections, underwriting, pricing etc.

- Assist COO and Credit team with operational and financial data analysis to establish early warning signals for risk exposure across lending products.

- Complying with RBI/Regulatory guidelines and establishing processes to safeguard risk exposure

Minimum Requirements

- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in progressively responsible risk and/or operations roles within the NBFC sector

- Has experience with scaling and managing lending products

- Attitude to work at lightning fast speed

- Background of underwriting, credit sanctioning, or credit policy drafting would be given a strong preference

- The candidate must be exceptional in people management, communication, and presentation skills.

- A proven track record of managing partners and engaging in solution selling would be preferred

- Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Job Description: As a Junior Software Test Engineer you will be responsible for creation of test cases and scenarios, test planning, testing of systems, test automation and reporting of test results. In addition, responsibilities will include working closely with programmers and analysts as well as programming and improving testing tools.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze users’ stories, use cases, requirements for validity and feasibility
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Execute all levels of testing (Functional, Integration, Regression and System)
• Knowledge on API’s Testing and Database Testing
• Review and provide comments on business and software requirements
• Prepare test cases, scripts, and data for the tests
• Execute manual test cases
• Understanding on SDLC, STLC and Bug life cycle
• Analyze the outcomes of the tests and keep track of the software testing metrics
• Prepare and present test reports 

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of software testing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)

• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming ( Java or Python) 
• Basic knowledge of SQL

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand their requirements and design scalable, reliable, and efficient machine learning platform solutions.
• Building and maintaining the applications and infrastructure to support end-to-end machine learning workflows, including inference and continual training.
• Developing systems for the definition deployment and operation of the different phases of the machine learning and data life cycles.
• Working within Kubernetes to orchestrate and manage containers, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance of applications.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and managing machine learning or data platforms
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in machine learning and data applications such as Python, Rust, Bash, Go
• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker, and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated model training and deployment. Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
