Job Title: AdOps / Demand Analyst / Supply Analyst – Immediate Joiner (Programmatic Advertising)

Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our team in the following roles:

• AdOps Analyst: Manage and optimize digital advertising operations, ensuring seamless campaign execution and performance tracking.
• Demand Analyst: Analyze and forecast demand trends to inform inventory management and campaign planning.
• Supply Analyst: Oversee supply-side operations, managing relationships with publishers and optimizing inventory utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up, monitor, and optimize programmatic campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with demand and supply partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Utilize ad tech platforms and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and ad servers.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners) like Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Kochava.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Java + Kotlin Developer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll be responsible for building scalable backend systems and modern Kotlin-based applications, with opportunities to work on both Android and server-side development.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and implement modern applications using Kotlin (Android or Multiplatform)

Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day operations including product content, site maintenance, Listing hygiene inventory availability, pricing and promotional activities, on-site content improvements, ensuring a perfect store online and the best consumer experience.
