Job Title: Human Resource Executive – Entry Level

Location: Indore

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Experience Required: 0 to 6 Months

Salary: ₹6000 – ₹10000 per month

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Executive (Entry Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·      Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, calling candidates, and interview scheduling

·      Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

·      Coordinate interviews and HR-related activities

·      Support onboarding process, documentation, and attendance management

·      Assist in preparing HR letters and internal communications

·      Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes

·      Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

·      Coordinate with the field sales team and support HR-related activities for field staff

Eligibility Criteria:

·      Experience: 0–6 months / Freshers are welcome

·      Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA HR (preferred but not mandatory)

·      Good communication skills

·      Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email

·      Willingness to learn HR processes

·      Comfortable coordinating with field sales activities when required

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Experience: 2-5 Year

Location: Chennai/Indore

Required Skills:

● Proven track record in US-based IT service sales (preferably in B2B).

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.

● Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify, generate, and qualify leads for US-based service sales through various

channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, etc.).

● Pitch IT services (Web/App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.) to prospects in

the US market.

● Handle the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure, including

negotiation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client outreaching through calls, chats and mail.
• Engage potential clients and convert them into active trading clients.
• Assist clients in identifying the ideal service combination for revenue generation.
• Establish and maintain long term client relationships.
• Educate clients on trading basics, company services, market risks, and recommend strategies based on their risk profile.
• Assist clients with account setup, KYC, and onboarding on trading platforms (MT4/MT5), ensuring smooth and timely activation.

Qualifications :

• Responsible for data management of software system for implementation purpose

• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
