Job Title: Control-M Administrator (L1 Production Support)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Description

We are looking for a Control-M Administrator with experience in production support and batch operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring Control-M job schedules, performing L1 incident triage, troubleshooting batch failures, and ensuring smooth execution of critical business processes across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Control-M batch jobs, schedules, job failures, reruns, and workflow dependencies.
• Perform L1 troubleshooting for production incidents using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools, and escalate issues to L2 teams with detailed analysis.
• Support production environments involving MSSQL, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, REST APIs (HTTP 4xx/5xx), and Azure AKS.
• Monitor application health, order processing, payment workflows, and infrastructure alerts to ensure SLA compliance.
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and support change, incident, and problem management.
• Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
