Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior AEM Backend & Edge Delivery Services (EDS) Developer to design and deliver enterprise-scale digital experience platforms. This role involves building scalable AEM backend solutions, leading AEM Cloud migrations, implementing Adobe Edge Delivery Services, and optimizing high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Build and maintain custom AEM components, templates, workflows, Sling Models, and OSGi services.
• Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support headless and omnichannel content delivery.
• Architect content structures, Digital Asset Management (DAM) integrations, and content replication strategies.
• Lead end-to-end migration projects from AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service and from AEMaaCS to Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS).
• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready EDS websites using block-based architecture.
• Create and optimize reusable block libraries using modern JavaScript and CSS.
• Integrate EDS with Universal Editor, Sidekick, SharePoint, Google Drive, and third-party platforms.
• Improve website performance by optimizing Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, and INP).
• Configure and manage Akamai CDN properties, caching strategies, EdgeWorkers, and Property Manager rules.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement security, WAF, DDoS protection, and origin failover strategies.
• Automate build and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and Adobe Cloud Manager.
• Define scalable technical architecture for hybrid AEM and EDS implementations.
• Perform code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor development teams.
• Work closely with architects, UX teams, and frontend developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions for production environments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.4/6.5 & AEM as a Cloud Service)
• Hands-on expertise in Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR/Oak, HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, and WCM Core Components
• Experience building Headless AEM solutions using Content Fragments and GraphQL APIs
• Expertise in Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS), Franklin/Helix architecture, and production deployments
• Proven experience leading AEMaaCS to EDS migration projects
• Strong knowledge of Akamai CDN, Property Manager, EdgeWorkers, caching strategies, and Dispatcher
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Adobe Cloud Manager, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, and AEM Mocks
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
• Excellent problem-solving, architecture, and stakeholder communication skills

Job Title: IAC SRE Engineer

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore

Experience Required: 4 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced IAC Engineers with a strong background in Akamai, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Java, and DevSecOps. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience, be proficient in writing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Core Skills:

• Akamai – Strong experience in CDN, caching, and performance optimization.
• Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) – Strong problem-solving and coding abilities.
• Java – Solid programming background and experience in development.
• DevSecOps – Understanding of integrating security in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

Good to Have:

• WAF (Web Application Firewall) – Knowledge of WAF is a plus, though not mandatory.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices is beneficial.
• Strong hands-on with Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure.
