Executive - Business Development

• We are looking for a dynamic, commission-based Business Development Executive (BDE) who can bring in new clients for our software development and blockchain services.
• Identify and generate leads for blockchain and software development services.
• Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, personal networks, etc.
• Pitch our offerings, explain services, and help close deals.

•   10+ years of work experience in IT with 5+ years in software development or application architecture and 3+ years in solutions architecture

•   Thorough understanding of cloud native architectures, microservice architecture design patterns, containers, container orchestration, DevOps practices and security

•   Professional experience in software engineering and architecture design

•   Proven experience developing well architected AWS cloud infrastructure and solutions

•   Experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring

•   In-depth understanding of current security best practices

•   Understand business analysis techniques and processes

•   3+ years of programming experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript

•   Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Execute a full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good knowledge of Core Java (Minimum Version 8)
• J2EE with a good understanding of Servlets and JSP
• Experience in Spring Modules – Spring IOC and AOP, Spring Boot (version 2 plus), JDBC
• Expertise in design and development of various web and enterprise – level applications using Java/J2EE technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Rest services.
• Web Services (including SOAP, XML, XML Schema, JSON, and REST)
• Tools required: Maven,Eclipse, Github, and Swagger
• Good knowledge of SQL and Redis (NOSql)
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
