- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and developments in Web3 and cryptocurrency spaces, and leverage them to inform content and engagement strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, community, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader organizational goals.
- Risk Management: Mitigate potential risks and manage crisis situations effectively on social media platforms.

Requirements:
- Deep Understanding of Web3: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems.
- Experience in Social Media Management: Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or projects, preferably within the Web3 or cryptocurrency space.
- Creative Skills: Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to develop engaging content and narratives.
- Community Building: Experience building and nurturing online communities, fostering engagement, and driving meaningful interactions.
