Job Summary :

We are hiring a Senior .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core (6/8+), C#, Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server. This is a client-facing role for a US-based client, requiring excellent communication and coding skills, along with experience in cloud-based enterprise application development.

Mandatory Skills :

.NET Core 6/8+, C#, Entity Framework/Core, REST APIs, JavaScript, jQuery, MS SQL Server, Azure Cloud Services (Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault, SQL Azure), Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Unit Testing (XUnit/MSTest), Strong Communication Skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, SQL Server
• Work with Azure Services: Functions, Durable Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault, Storage Queues, SQL Azure
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning
• Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and technical documentation

Role Overview

We're seeking a Tech Manager who will take ownership of our digital infrastructure—Wix, Webflow, Asana, and Monday.com—and integrate them using platforms like Zapier and other automation tools. Your primary goal is to build, connect, and manage the digital systems that support our leads and operations teams.

This is a hands-on role requiring strategic thinking, technical setup, and automation implementation to ensure every part of our tech stack is synchronized for optimal business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and manage Wix and Webflow websites.
• Build and optimize task and project workflows in Asana and Monday.com.
• Design and implement cross-platform integrations using Zapier, APIs, or other tools.
• Ensure seamless handoffs between lead generation, onboarding, and operational workflows.
• Maintain documentation and systems for updates, troubleshooting, and improvements.
• Provide support for internal teams using technical systems.
• Identify new automation opportunities to reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical role managing digital platforms or tools.
• Strong knowledge of Wix, Webflow, Asana, Monday.com, and Zapier.
• Experience with automation platforms and third-party integrations.
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot systems end-to-end.
• Clear documentation and communication skills.
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.

Nice to Have

• Basic coding or API experience.

1. Interfacing with the customer, tech team members, project managers and other relevant product people for a thorough understanding of the product, use case and business objective, detailed specification and data flow for the requirement, demonstration of the solution and clarification of queries at appropriate times during the life-cycle of the product
2. Preparing test cases, setting up CI/CD and integration with logging and monitoring systems for the products or platforms by the end of 6 months
3. Seeking customer feedback to continuously optimize the product for great customer experience and high technical performance in areas such as hardware efficiency, latency and throughput
4. Delivering a robust backend platform for the products and platforms by incorporating important considerations regarding minimal downtime, high availability, data redundancy, tight security, etc. into the design
