3. Creating reasonable timelines and making sure delivery is according to planned schedules

Market network for digital creators. The platform provides a marketplace for YouTubers, twitch streamers, Instagrammers. It provides tools to creators to build their brand, business, and unlock new revenue streams while growing existing revenue streams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work on a disruptive product that’s still in its early stages
• Be responsible for the development and maintenance of the CreatorStack mobile app aimed at iOS and Android
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the CreatorStack app
• Mentor other engineers, define our technical culture and help to build a fast-growing team.

Must Have:

• Have experience in product development, architecture, and design for a 2 to 5 years
• Are proficient in Flutter language
• Have the ability to learn and look for ways to improve yourself and the processes around you
• Have strong knowledge of iOS and Android frameworks and the ability to deal with different screen sizes
• Are proficient with RESTful api's to connect mobile applications to back-end services
• Experience with storage, threading, and performance tuning
• The ability to mentor and support other team members by doing code reviews and applying your experience in process and technical leadership
• Experience working with agile team environments and if you are a self-starter, conscientious member of the team
• Good knowledge in pixel-perfect implementation of designs

• If you have worked in a fast product-driven culture and have the ability to build an experience that solves users' problems - we like to work with team members who have a solid hold on product and design thinking
• If you have led teams in your past experiences
• If you also have experience in working with languages like React and Swift

About us:

Do Your Thng (DYT) is a creator community platform with an overarching vision to democratise influence and build a thriving creator community. We offer two solutions. An app for creators that helps them make a living out of content creation. And a self-serve web desk module for marketers to execute influencer campaigns in a quick, frictionless, targeted, and economically attractive manner.

• 2-4years of experience as an iOS developer. 
• Must have Working Experience in a product based organization at least 18 months.
• Good Communication skills must. 

• Understanding the project requirement intuitively and providing proper time estimation.-Always read for troubleshooting in all important projects. ● Experience in accessing data as JSON/XML using REST API. 
• Candidate should have good knowledge of iOS, Swift, xCode and Git. ● Ability to build complex iOS standalone client applications & user interfaces, design & implementation. 
• Experience with iOS Frameworks such as UIKit, Auto-layout using storyboards, etc. ● Knowledge of Apple's design principals, application interface guidelines, and experience with 
• AutoLayout. 
• Good communication skills with the ability to work in a highly-collaborative, agile team 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Flexibility to learn, and work with new technologies

• Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
• Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
• Fixing bugs and performance problems
• Writing clean, readable, and testable code
• Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions

• Candidate Must be well versed with latest SDK versions, XCode, Objective C, Swift, UIKit, Cocoa etc.
• Expertise in integrating web services (XML/ JSon etc.) with iPhone applications.
• An experience in using Maps API, GPS services for iPhone/ iOS apps is required.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile orientation, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text, Core Location.
• To take care of build and release process (Adhoc releases, Final release).
• Should have worked on cocoa touch, story board, core data, auto layout.
• Hands-on experience in Cloud APIs, push notifications, social media integration, and integration of analytics is an added advantage.
• Must have good analytical, debugging, App publishing and problem solving skills.
• Self-starter having the ability to independently acquire the knowledge required in succeeding his job.
