Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to lead and manage multiple Finance & Accounting projects for our US-based BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Accounting standards (GAAP), with proven expertise in O2C, R2R, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Management, and strong hands-on skills in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentations. You will be responsible for driving performance, managing a team, delivering client KPIs, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead multiple projects in US-based F&A operations
  • Handle end-to-end team management including workload allocation, mentoring, and performance reviews
  • Oversee Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles
  • Perform and supervise bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, NSF checks, two-way and three-way matching processes
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP and company-specific compliance standards
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality Excel reports and client-facing PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinate with onshore teams to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing
  • Track and report team KPIs, SLAs, and process improvements
  • Identify gaps in processes and recommend automation or optimization techniques
