Roles & Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate user needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability analysis to identify customer pain points and improve product experiences.
• Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs while maintaining consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
• Use data, user feedback, and product metrics to identify opportunities for continuous experience improvement.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX standards.

Role : Machine Learning Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help us advance our AI capabilities.

Requirements 

• Model Training and Fine-Tuning: Utilize and refine large language models using techniques such as distillation and supervised fine-tuning to enhance performance and efficiency.

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Good understanding on RAG systems to improve the quality and relevance of generated content.

• Vector Databases: Familiar with vector databases to support fast and accurate similarity searches and other ML-driven functionalities.

• API Integration: Good in REST APIs and integrate third-party APIs, including Open AI, Google Vertex, and Cloudflare Workers AI, to extend our AI capabilities.

• Generative AI: Experience with generative AI applications, including text-to-image, speech recognition, and text-to-speech systems.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and product managers, to deliver innovative AI solutions.

• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with loosely defined tasks and competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

• Strong Data Science / Machine Learning Profile
• Mandatory (Experience) – Must have 5+ years in Data Science and Data Engineering, with expertise in data preprocessing, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Mandatory (Skills 1) – Strong practical proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem, including Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries such as Matplotlib and Seaborn.
• Mandatory (Skills 2) - In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including classification, clustering, association rule mining, anomaly detection, and experience in implementing and evaluating models.

Preferred

• Preferred (Skills) – Prior experience in mentoring student teams for data science competitions or hackathons is preferred

• Very good knowledge of building iOS Apps. 
• Experience in developing iOS SDKs will be preferred 
• Very good knowledge of Swift is mandatory
• Knowledge of Objective C will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of interface builder, Core animation, and Object-oriented concepts.
