This role requires comfort leading across ambiguous environments, building trust-based relationships with commercial stakeholders at all levels, developing junior and mid-level engineers, and making strategic decisions that balance delivery speed with architectural integrity. Fullstack Developer

Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the client applications.
