We're Hiring: Golang Developer (3–5 Years Experience)

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer with strong experience in backend development, microservices, and system-level programming. In this role, you will work on high-performance trading systems, low-latency architecture, and scalable backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Golang

• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices

• Work with REST APIs, WebSockets, message queues, and distributed systems

• Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, and product teams for smooth project delivery

• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability

Skills & Experience Required

• 3–5 years of experience in Golang development

• Strong understanding of data structures, concurrency, and networking

• Hands-on experience with MySQL / Redis / Kafka or similar technologies

• Good understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud environments

• Experience in fintech/trading systems is an added advantage

• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days notice period preferred

            Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.

            Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc. leading to joining post placement.

            Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

            Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

            Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.

            Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.

            Publish progress report to management every week.

            Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

Requirements:

• Should have strong experience in Automation testing, developing, and executing test cases.
• Should have strong experience in Selenium with Java & Cucumber framework. 
• Should have a good amount of experience working with Mobile Application testing using Appium
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD tools (setting up jobs) like Jenkins
• Good knowledge of software testing life cycle: Test planning, Test design and execution, Defect Management, and Test Reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, System, and UAT Testing. 
• Good exposure to both Web and Mobile Automation Testing. 
• Excellent defect finding, debugging, and root cause analysis capabilities.
