About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Python Developer Intern to join our development team. This internship provides hands-on experience in real-world software development projects, backend systems, APIs, and automation tools.

You will work closely with senior developers and contribute to live projects, gaining practical exposure to modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Work on backend development and API integrations
• Participate in debugging and troubleshooting applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, Data teams)
• Contribute to documentation and project reports
• Learn and apply best practices in software development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Python programming
• Familiarity with OOP concepts
• Knowledge of libraries/frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Executive Assistant to Managing Director –

This job is to support the Managing Director (MD) in day-to-day work and help things run smoothly.

Location- Pune (Hadapsar)

Only Male candidates

Main work includes:

• Managing the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
• Answering phone calls and emails, taking messages, and sharing important information with the MD
• Helping with VIP customers, special catering orders, and important reservations
• Writing emails, letters, reports, and presentations as instructed by the MD
• Keeping important and confidential documents safe and well-organized
• Making travel and hotel bookings for the MD and senior staff
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors (including overseas) for orders, payments, and follow-ups
• Helping the MD with new projects, store launches, and business expansion
• Following up with employees on tasks given by the MD and checking deadlines
• Helping with office, store, and outlet maintenance work
• Doing basic research and preparing information when needed
• Training new employees who work closely with the MD’s office

Working rules:

• Work 9 hours per day as per shift
• One weekly off (any day from Monday to Sunday)
• If you work on your weekly off, you will get a compensatory off within 30 days

Strong Business Analyst – HSE (Ports & Terminals) Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years within the Ports, Container Terminals, Shipping, or Maritime industry OR with 3+ years in Health, Safety and Environment

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong domain expertise in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE / QHSE) specifically in Ports and Terminals operations

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience with HSE / QHSE software products (implementation, configuration, rollout, or functional ownership) used in Ports or Terminals

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have proven experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and writing detailed functional specifications / FRDs for enterprise or ERP-style applications

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong client-facing experience, including stakeholder interactions, UAT coordination, go-live support, and post-implementation functional support

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must be comfortable with onsite client visits, product delivery, and training end-users on the HSE software product

Mandatory (Skill) – Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to independently own functional delivery

Project Scope

To perform a due diligence task on the Company’s current Salesforce environment.

The environment analysis primary focuses of current salesforce components and objects “as is” state to delivery business function like:

• Salesforce Environment Analysis
• Salesforce Product Customization and High-level Design analysis
• Salesforce detail insight analysis and documentation
• Data flow in salesforce and integration and migration analysis and documentation
• Salesforce Deployment practices and Reporting analysis
• Salesforce day to day operation and user experience documentation
• Salesforce due diligences presentation to stakeholders

• Provide thought leadership on how best to meet business requirements using the CDM platform 
• Help determine the architectural direction of the CDM platform and related infrastructure 
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to interpret and synthesize requirements  
• Work with other team members to determine the best technical solution to meet requirements. 
• Keep current on industry best practices and help to incorporate relevant updates into solutions. 
• Analyze and Identify existing architecture and come up with suggestions and implement changes to bring solutions to a more stable state.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

• 10+ years working in an IT environment (Preferably on Digital or DWH/ETL applications)
• 5+ years Java/.net (or similar) application design and development experience 
• 4+ years Tibco EBX5 architect/design/development experience
• 5+ years database design/development experience in MS SQL Server or similar DBs with query tuning and optimization
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, JSON 
• Min 5 years working experience an agile development team 
• Min 3 to 5 years of exp with Azure Cloud including services like VMs, Security, Storage, App Services, Service Bus, Active Directory, Azure SQL

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in ETL, DW/BI, modeling, and manipulating data using Microsoft Access, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools 
• Knowledge of MDM (Master data management) foundational concepts 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow effective communication with all levels of the organization 
• Experience working in a heterogeneous technology environment 
• Ability to participate in high-level architecture design as well as hands-on development 
• Experience developing applications in the Salesforce platform
