We are currently looking for a Manager – Performance Marketing In this role, you will be responsible for a massive opportunity to build and be a part of largest performance marketing setup. This role reports to the Director – Performance Marketing

What your day job looks like -

● Develop strong relationships with counterparts in GroupM regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia)

● Support the training and growth of your team

● Enforce search and social best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery

● Be accountable for consistent work delivery to GroupM regional teams by ensuring a high quality of output

● Serve as point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving any issue

● Provide career development and coaching for your team

● Line manage 2-5 direct reports

● Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development, improvement, and progress. Provide awareness and recognition for jobs well done

● Present strong and effective communication across all levels

What you’ll bring:

● You are proficient in English

● You have 5+ year experience of planning and managing Search and Social campaigns across multiple self-serve biddable platforms

● You have a high-level knowledge of Paid Search and paid social platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, SA360, GA, AdWords Editor)

● Kenshoo, Marine, Salesforce, etc is a plus

● You possess strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers ● You are able to examine raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed

● You have experience maintaining quality standards at scale

● You have experience providing service to local teams from a centralized location

● You have a passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends

● You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

● You are proficient in Microsoft office and Google Sheets 

• Support the Business Development Team for sending outreach emails. 
• Setup & Automate response form Email to CRM.
• Set up Manage Drip Marketing Sequence.
• Implement automation using ChatBot.
• Connect Whatsapp with the website and implement Whatsapp API also.
• Connect SMS Tool using API through website & CRM.
• Manage Freshsales.
• Implement Linkedin Automation to generate Leads.
• Connect Every channel to set up an Integrated Marketing Campaign

Roles & Responsibilities

• Devise creative and engaging social media strategies following the design thinking process.

• Build user personas to create understanding and empathy with target audience.

• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.

• Craft engaging multimedia content across multiple social media platforms.

•  Build key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.

•  Manage social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.

•  Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.

• Research and assess the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activities.

•  Analyze competitor activities.

•  Set targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

We at Expertrons are looking for a talented Senior Executive for User Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Deliver volume, quality, TAT & cost outcomes (in accordance with quarterly OKRs) for paid user acquisition (i.e. advertising) within India.
2) Stay ahead of the curve by tracking metrics, analyzing data, identifying emergent trends, researching competitive activity & presenting insights.
3) Continuously improve & help make Expertron's Marketing team a centre of excellence by aggressively adopting automation and dashboarding.

Who can Apply :
1) 2-4 years paid acquisition experience for consumer brands in India, especially UAC.
2) Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
3) Strong natural curiosity problem-solving abilities, statistical foundations, research skills, growth mindset, and high work ethic.

Role and responsibilities: 

• B2B marketing.
• Contacting and approaching corporate clients i.e. HR Managers, administrations, marketing heads etc., of well-known companies in Bangalore. (Resources and data base will be provided, leads will be given daily basis), No cold calling, Not Call centre job.
• Fixing meetings with them, briefing them about our services & products over the meeting and cracking the deal.
• Following up the order placed by them and closing the deal.
• No targets, no deadlines.
• Your team will have 2-3 interns who will be working below you. You have to delegate work to them.

  Reporting to: -Managing Director only.

  Timings: - 

  Monday to Friday 10:30 am to 7:30pm.

  Saturday: 10:30 am to 6:00 pm.

  Salary:15-30k PM  +incentives (Travel and other expenses incurred by the marketing Executive are reimbursed) 

• Qualification: anygraduate (B.com, BBA, BMS, BTECH ETC.)                                                                                                                                                                                      Experience: Fresher - 2year experience
