What are we looking for a.k.a “The JD” :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our product team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in extracting, analysing, and interpreting complex financial data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize our data solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in SQL / NoSQL databases, Python programming, and proficiency in tools like PostgreSQL and Excel. A deep understanding of financial concepts is also a plus. Additionally, having an interest in business intelligence tools and machine learning will be valuable for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in writing complex SQL Queries
• Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation, using libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, psycopg etc.
• Perform database optimization, indexing, and query tuning to ensure high performance.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, troubleshoot data-related issues, and implement solutions to optimize data integrity and performance.
• Design, configure, and maintain PostgreSQL databases
• Set up and manage database clusters, replication, and backups for disaster recovery

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intermediate-level Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to present findings effectively and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

• Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.
• Designing and building the website front end
• Creating the Website architecture
• Designing and managing the website back end including database and server integration.
• Generating wordpress themes and plugins
• Bootstrap will add advantage.

• Works towards developing Stable & Efficient Firmwares for Embedded
• Responsible for developing Firmware which are Stable, Efficient and scalable.
• Responsible to create coherent and scalable architecture designs.
• Responsible for understanding and utilizing best BLE / IOT
• Responsible for understanding various RTOS design principles.
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.C.A. in Computer Sciences.
• Must Proficient in Embedded C, C++, BLE, Zephyr RTOS, nRF.
• Ready to work from home.
• Should have above 4 years of experience.

Candidates should have worked with Startups (IT Product Firms)

Should be from B2C Firms/Product/SaaS Firms

Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played

• 6+ years of technology experience (at least 2 years in direct engineering management)
• Managing a 5-15 member engineering team in an agile product org
• Track record of collaborative working with multiple stakeholders
• Planning and analysis with effective communication skills

You’ll Be Improving & Responsible For

• Collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery timelines are met
• Implementing product engineering best practices, and evangelizing them within the org

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP / WORK PERMIT / VISA STATUS:
Should be currently based in Japan with Valid work visa

MUST HAVES:

• * Mandatory Skills - Mainframe, Cobol, JCL ,DB2
• * Should have working knowledge on at least one database – MS SQL server, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebird SQL diagnose

Requirements:

• · Graduate with 6+ years of experience in Mainframe based applications development, maintenance & run mode operations.
• · Ability to collaborate with a diversity of customer's teams to address important issues and to resolve them.
• · Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, adaption and learning of the business processes.
• · Should have experience working with Mainframe, Cobol, JCL ,DB2.
• · Working knowledge on at least one database – MS SQL server, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebird SQL diagnose, troubleshoot and fix complex issues.
