Strong Lead generation & Qualification Profile with B2B SaaS Experience

Mandatory (Experience 1): 6 months of experience in generating new leads and prospecting them for B2B SaaS products (can consider Internship experience as well)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience of lead generation using channels like email, cold calling, Linkedin etc

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience of prospecting/qualify leads by enriching data using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Tracxn, Clay, Sales Navigator etc

Mandatory (Core Skills): Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Lead squared etc

Mandatory (Company): Early Stage B2B SaaS Companies (ed tech will also work)

Mandatory (Education): Must have graduated in 2019 or later

Mandatory (Age): Must not be older than 29 years.

• responsible for building .NET applications.
• WEB-API OR MVC with C# is a must.
• Hands-on SQL Server with Expertise in complex Procedures and SQL Performance Optimizations.
• Being good with Front End, React or Angular will be a plus but not Mandatory.

• In-depth understanding of Agile, Scrum and Kanban

Responsibilities:

• Performing an end-to-end recruitment process of identifying the job vacancy, analysing the job requirements, sourcing apt candidates from various platforms, reviewing applications, screening, shortlisting and selecting the right candidate.
• Help develop and tailor company HR policies, educate the team, and continue to make Wherehouse great, progressive place to work.
• Act as a cultural ambassador and help drive agency events and culture initiatives.
• Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface or are brought to your attention.

Requirements:

• HR Generalist with experience of 1-2 Year/s, preferably in a B2B SAAS Company.

• Thorough understanding of Reconciliation and hands on development experience on Intellimatch 9.2.7 or higher version
• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC in developing new Reconciliations in IntelliMatch. 1. Involvement in the full software development life cycle with stringent needs on (i) time to market, & (ii) quality of product - functional and non-functional aspect.

   The Applicant with a total experience of 10-20years, should have hands-on development experience in Core Java and J2EE with proven expertise in writing application architecture and core design ground up with sound algorithmic thought process enabling bullet-proof application performance in terms of key drivers like security, load, scalability, etc.

   Skills and Technologies:
   1. Versatile experience with delivering highly available services on multiple technology stacks in traditional data centers, public clouds, and private clouds.
   2. Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JMS/Rabbit MQ/Kafka, Web-Services, Oracle, MSSQL, JSP-Servlets, , Design Patterns.

   Nice to have: New edge technology (Hadoop, AWS, Spark, RabbitMQ etc)

   Team mentoring:

1. Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation

2. Direct communication with customers via e‐mail and telephone to promote Bit plane and its product range

3. Execute marketing plan/marketing campaigns (e.g. targeted e‐shot, mail shot)

4. Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions, events and other marketing and sales activities

5. Preparation and presentation of results from campaigns

6. Organizing visits for Bit plane Regional Sales Engineers when required
